Difficult process to return

As others have mentioned, the return process leaves something to be desired. Don't expect it to be easy if you would like a refund — we have yet to receive one and don't know if we even will.

The Doggy Bathroom has been a lifesaver…

The Doggy Bathroom has been a lifesaver during winter. My Pomeranian refuses to go outside when it’s freezing, and this gives her a warm, comfortable alternative. The Pee pads work great, and cleanup is ridiculously easy. I also love how the design blends into my home. I wish more pet products looked this modern. Highly recommended for anyone with a small dog in a cold climate!

Happy Pup!

I had a great experience with the customer service team when I had an issue with my order - my pup and I are happy customers!

Horrible experience and customer service

Horrible experience. They will not let you return if you use a promo code to order. See many other reviews citing bad customer service. Do not buy. I never would have purchased if I had known I could not return if I needed to.

I have a $160 plastic wrapped white box I now have to figure out how to get rid of.
