Update: took a month to get the order. Disappointed it was a powder - that doesn’t work for my dog.

I doggy supps and it definitely works! I've seen a major improved, and customer support is so nice.

Gave my 2 dogs the taurine twice hen stopped immediately because of major diarrhea for 3 days after stopping, then I find out they only do returns if the product is not opened and in original container and you must fist take pictures to verify then there's a $10 restocking fee so with the 1 of the 2 that I have that's still unopened it's not worth the mailing fee and all the hoops you must jump through o just get a fraction of a refund. You can bet I'll be telling all my friends and relatives from Ca. Az. Co. Tx. Ga. Flo. N.Car. and NY. to not use this product and pass the word.

This company advertises full refund if not satisfied. I have tried to stop the subscription for the past 3 months and yesterday I received 4 jars in the mail. I haven’t opened the package because I didn’t order it. I now have 8 jars and they will not take them back. They offered a partial refund.

I have a senior dog that would hack, gag, and choke all day and night. I bought your Taurine after seeing your ad online. After 2 days of using your product it has almost stopped completely. Wish I found this product sooner. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this product for my very sick dog. I was told six days after I purchased this product, (1-26) that my order HAD SHIPPED— not that it was processing— THAT IT SHIPPED.

They gave me an illegitimate tracking page.

A week later they sent me another email stating that it “WAS PROCESSING” but HAD NOT SHIPPED.

Oops; they forgot they had already sent the other email.

My dog needed this medicine. They had no apology for the lie. They then told me they didn’t know WHEN it would ACTUALLY ship because it was out of their hands.

Again the tracking page was not legitimate.

I asked for a refund at that time because it HAD NOT SHIPPED.

They waited three days to respond in an email to tell me they could not refund my money because IT HAD ALREADY SHIPPED THAT DAY and was out of their hands.

Horrible customer service.

UPDATE: I received an email today stating that my order SHIPPED TODAY! Are you kidding me?
It’s almost laughable except that my very sick dog ( for whom I have found treatment elsewhere) depended on it.

I love this product so much. I am so thankful that I came across a post talking about this. I highly recommend this for any dog owner!

My dog had a cough which sounded like a goose honk for about a few weeks, until I went to the vet and they explained Bella was suffering from lack of taurine. I immediately searched for a supplement and I came accross doggysupps. Bella has been using this for about 2 weeks and I havent heard a single cough from her. Thank you Doggysupps, you saved my dogs life <3

Saw changes after a month of giving my dog taurine. He seems a lot more playful and and energetic. I definitely recommend doggysupps

I bought their taurine for my dog Charlie because I noticed he was resting more then he usually does and he has been eating grain free food his entire life. and I can't believe I'm saying this but after 2 months on the taurine I have noticed a BIG difference. Charlie is a lot more energetic, he is more playful, and he overall looks healthier. I definitely recommend this to anyone with a dog. also Ashley from customer support is VERY helpful. I will definitely be buying from here again.
