Dog collar came quickly and the embroidered name/phone number is large and very readable. I feel so much better knowing my dog has his info on his collar in case he loses his tags. The colour of the collar was slightly lighter than online, but still looks great.

I wanted to gift name tag for my best friend's fur babies and came across Dogidtags through instagram, I instantly loved the idea of it and ordered it from then though it took more time to reach canada but their customer service was exceptional. It was definitely clear communication and overall im happy with my purchase.

The embroidered dog collars we ordered are perfect!
It did take 10 business days to get to Canada, but when I inquired with the company I was extremely impressed with their customer service. When I did receive the order I let them know and they actually sent a follow up email. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Customer service was wonderful, however shipping was delayed from when it said it would arrive.

Very well made! You can tell the stones are placed by hand as one is slightly crooked but you can't really tell unless you look.
Perfect color, very blinging which, is want I wanted for our new girl.

The 2 tags were perfect,only issue was the rings that attach tags to collar,my dogs have collars that require the fastening ring to open up quite a bit to go on,so after on ,the fastening ring is suspect,I had some heavy duty rings so all good. A smaller dogs callar would not be a issue

I live in Canada, and yes the shipping may take a week or so, but that's not the end of the world. ;)

For those living in Canada, the wait is MUCH longer than the advertised 5-7 days (took almost 3 weeks to arrive and came from Sweden via regular mail), but if you're down for the wait, the product is excellent.

The tags I ordered looked fantastic, feel like they're made from quality materials, and were exactly what I wanted.

When the days started piling out and I became concerned about the shipping time, I reached out to Customer Service whom I found to be excellent, and answered all my questions.

So if you can stand the wait of 3-4 weeks, I highly recommend these tags.

Scam website and the positive reviews on here are fake. No communication, no tracking, NO DOG TAG. Avoid ordering, it's a waste of money.

I am pleased with my recent order from DogidTags.ca - the ordering website was user-friendly, I liked the email updates about the status of my order, and the shipping time (considering my order was travelling via post) was reasonable. The tags arrived as ordered and they look very cute on my pets! I will be ordering another tag for my parent's dog shortly!

Great customization for dog tags! Chose a silver heart with the perfect font. Arrived beautiful - the size is perfect (ordered XL)

Very long delivery time and the ring provided is not strong enough to put on the dog collar rings without stretching it open and it does not return to the closed shape needed to prevent the tag coming off and getting lost. The tag itself looks good, hope the coloured finish lasts!

Product is horrible. Info is painted on, NOT etched, so it fades in a few weeks rendering the dog tags useless!
Did not resend despite repeated promises.
Product comes from Switzerland, not Canada, despite being a .ca webstite.

I live in Canada and My dog tag arrived 13 days after I ordered it. Since it came from Switzerland, I wasn’t concerned about the time frame. It’s soooo sweet, the Swarovski crystals looks so elegant. The font I picked is clear and perfect. I love it!

I ordered the product, didn't receive a confirmation e-mail so I started to get worried and googled around to see if the company was legit. Found these reviews and wasn't sure what to expect, if I had just gotten ripped off..

The tag arrived within 12 days of ordering, I e-mailed customer service every step of the way (I don't know if this helped, but like I said I was worried it was a scam so I wanted to stay on top of it). High quality product, great customer service communication. The product is real and arrived very quickly in under 2 weeks.

Was so excited to get my dog id tag but when it came in the name was misspelled :( fortunately though they did say they were going to process me a new one, so I guess we’ll see !
