Dogman i Sundsvall har fruktansvärt kundbemötande. Blev igår mästrad i akvaristik. Har haft akvarier i 40 år. Jag fick inte köpa det jag vet fungerar. Byt ut folket till någon som är trevlig.
Jag köpte 3 st bollar med snöre från Dogman. På första bollen gick snöret direkt av. På andra bollen gick snöret av från bollen efter 1 dag. Bollen utan snöre använd vi som boll men den blev det små bitar av efter bara en kort stunds lek. Det är livsfarligt för en valp. Vi upptäckte det i tid. Jag skrev till Dogman och berättade vad som hänt. Dom ville varken svara på om bollen tagits bort från marknaden eller om det fanns en hållbar ersättning. Att tillhandahålla en boll som blir bara småbitar av är livsfarligt för hundarna. Jag trodde Dogman testade sina produkter men så är inte fallet tydligen.
Fantastisk butik. Massor och åter massor av produkter! Ljust och trevligt inne i butiken. Trevlig personal! Hit lär vi gå flera gånger.
