Read the small print: If it doesn't fit, you pay for the return shipping
I've bought tennis shoes from here before and admittedly the vegan leather is tough to break in and not very comfortable at first. But the design is beautiful so I wanted another pair. This time I bought sandals that were discounted to 69 EUR from 99 EUR, plus 7 EUR shipping, but they didn't fit at all! I have a normal foot, but they were made for someone with very thin feet/little arch, so I had to return them. Sad b/c they're pretty. But you have to read the T&Cs very carefully, because if you buy a pair with any discount, you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. So now I will have spent 14 EUR (shipping twice) for a pair of shoes I will never own. That business model doesn't work in the business of online shoe shopping. Too bad because the design is beautiful, but I'm never taking the risk again that a pair doesn't fit quite right.
