Warning: DogPay Fails to Honor Security Bounty & Breaks Trust

I am writing this to warn the community about DogPay’s lack of professional integrity regarding ethical security disclosures.
I discovered a critical vulnerability in their system that could have allowed for massive unauthorized withdrawals. To demonstrate the severity of the exploit in good faith, I flagged a leak of $11,400, which I promptly and safely returned to the company.
I have attached/possess clear evidence (screenshots) of both the withdrawal and the full refund transaction to prove my actions were strictly ethical.
Despite the fact that this bug could have cost them millions, DogPay’s response was insulting. They initially offered a shamefully small reward—far below industry standards for a critical exploit—and are now stalling and refusing to pay even that meager amount.
Ethical hackers protect the FinTech ecosystem, but DogPay has shown they do not value honesty or security. If they cannot honor a simple bounty agreement, how can they be trusted with your capital?
