Great service from the Thurnscoe

Great service from the Thurnscoe branch. Always willing to help in any way possible.

If anything, my only criticism would be the packets can sometimes split when defrosting, so if you don't take them out of the pack whilst frozen, make sure they are on a plate or in a container.

Excellent service from this company

Excellent service from this company! Originally I called in personally and received really good advice on moving my dog over to raw food. The change has been really successful as my dog loves the food and the problem she had with her anal gland, which is the reason for her change of diet, has completely cleared up. Since then I have ordered a selection of different flavours including chicken with salmon and kelp (she loves it!!). The order was delivered very quickly with good communication. I would highly recommend this company for its great service and the fact that their prices won't break the bank.

Product looks good quality and the dog likes it. Packaging works but a bit difficult to remove. Will certainly use again.
