The tags arrived and are good quality, text could be slightly larger to fit tag. Just be warned, delivery is very slow, it took 4 weeks for my tags to arrive.

Avoid, order placed over 2 wks ago and no sign of tracking etc... multiple emails sent with no response.

SCAM SCAM SCAM , AVOID . This company isnt in ireland . 3 weeks , still no tags , ignored all emails . The dont communicate back . Do not use.

Ordered a steel dog tag and very impressed with the quality.

Great to deal with. Postage was a little slow (due to Christmas) I enquired. And my query was expertly dealt with, which made a big difference.

“I ordered from dogstag.ie as I believed it was an Irish company. Ordered on 4th December and now 8th January and not delivered. On contacting them, they said they shipped them again but still no tags. Their responses were poor to my emails. They asked me to review the products that I hadn’t received. I tried to post an honest review but they don’t post negative reviews. Disappointed.

Great design, perfect and well packaged

Received my order for a red collar and name tag in the post for my 7 month Springer. The collar is lovely and soft, but durable. It's stylish on him. The name tag is exactly what I was looking for. - Though I had to add a ring to it, to fit the metal ring on the collar, as the hole was too small on the name tag. It takes a few weeks for it to come in the post, but is worth the wait.

I ordered a red padded leather dog collar from Dogstags and am so happy with it! It is gorgeous - such soft supple leather, very generously padded and the buckle and fittings are very sturdy! From ordering, communications, postage & packing everything was excellent! I can only very highly recommend this Company to all.

This company orders from Temu/ AliExpress and drop ships it to your house. Save yourself 20 euro and just order from Temu yourself. Absolute scam! Also the quality is shocking. Tiny, illegible and cheap.

Update: The company actually contacted me after I posted this review and requested I take it down and they will refund me 50% back. So there's your proof of how much of a SCAM this company is. And also why the reviews aren't reflecting people's true experience.

Delighted with my dog tag - it's solid, beautifully etched, and looks gorgeous on my doggie's collar!

It was super easy to order and it got delivered really quickly. The material they used is very sturdy and it’s very pretty for my pretty girl.

Having ordered a gold bone tag for my corgi mix, I was so pleased with it, I got a black bone tag for my border collie.
These are beautiful, medium weight and sturdy tags, with clear font of choice, and spacing of choice. A lot of information can be included, and it is really neatly done. I have dog's name and my number on one side, and my area and post code on the other.
I do recommend this company. I'm very happy with these tags.

I would give 5 stars but they are not an Irish company despite the “.ie” domain. And I only realised this when the delivery took an excessive amount of time with limited tracking information.
However if you know this and it’s not urgent, then what arrives is a gorgeous dog tag. The quality is excellent with one font for my dogs name on one side and different font for my phone number on the back. Perfect size. I purchase the gold ring too to ensure it matches the dog tag and I could easily add and remove to the collar. The website was easy to navigate. And ordering the type and style of dog tag was simple.
Length of delivery was the main issue.

Great quality tag. Would buy again but it appeared to come from USA and took time. This is not an Irish company although it purports to be. Such a pity with such nice products they can’t be truthful.

I ordered from DogTags.ie thinking it was an Irish business, as the .ie domain suggests. Only afterwards did I learn the company operates abroad. Delivery was delayed, and my complaint about the misleading domain was ignored. I’ve requested a refund — if you want local and reliable, look elsewhere.

Very happy with the result. Was alittle hard to track the shipping other than that great
