Great experience

I reached out to the owner because I wanted a particular leash for my service dog. She asked a lot of really good questions to help me thing about what I wanted it to look like and do. She sent me photos before finalizing it, which was awesome! I've been using the leash for a month now and really, really like it. Super great quality and really nice small business.

Misleading customers with reviews

I purchased a convertible leash and metal buckle collar from this company. When I received the products, I realized they would not work for me/my dog for a variety of reasons including ease of use, functionality, and design flaws. I did not realize they were non-refundable as they are considered “custom made.” I contacted company and asked if I could return/exchange items and was told no. The company offered to turn my leash into a traditional leash/add handle but I was not offered free shipping and therefor decided against, especially because I wouldn’t be able to use the leash as I had intended when I purchased it. I posted my honest and respectful reviews on their website and the reviews were not approved for others to view. When I asked why my reviews were not posted, I was told that they were not “wholly true” but was not provided with evidence as to how they were not “true” reviews. This greatly concerns me because they only have five star reviews posted on their website, which leads one to believe they do not approve any review with less than 5 stars. This is false advertising and not a fair representation of their products. I am giving them two stars instead of one to acknowledge the products were nice looking and appeared to be of good quality.
