Family/franchise run, no commission sales, on time, a bit of a custom install that seems to be working out well. A little disappointed to find that satellite was a sub- vendor after doing research and picking DogWatch in the first place, but custom wire is A-OK.

I am terrible remembering names, but the lady on the phone and in the office was absolutely wonderful helping me figure out what I needed to get my puppies equipment up to date. One collar had a broken receiver which the lady helped me replace and another collar had a dead battery which she took care of. She was knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and a great example of quality customer service. Dog Watch is a fantastic company and its people are very customer oriented. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an underground dog fence!

The whole process from beginning consultation, prompt instalation, and followup training was terrific and professional.
The system is very easy to follow and our dog caught on very quick with our guidance and assistance.

The Central Indiana team is always very professional and courteous. During their last visit, we had them expand our boundary area. They did a great job, and our dogs love the larger play area.

A very straight forward , simple, honest and trustworthy product. Installed with the minimum of disruption and the education on usage was excellent. Great help from Dave and excellent follow up on all questions.
Within three days of install our Lab was fully trained and well adjusted to his new back yard.

There system works very well they were very helpful just and all around great experience very understanding and great people

The service is a bit cheaper than other vendors, but worked just as we had hoped. The man who did the installation is a great job of explaining how to use the unit, and how to help the dog learn what to expect. It is rare that the shock part of the collar is used, as the dog quickly came to understand to react to the beep.

We are very happy with our electric fence. DogWatch was very informative and provided us with a great fence to keep our boxer in our yard. We are so happy we chose DogWatch!

Our installation and training was fantastic. The installer was so nice and loving to our dog. After a few months we had a break in the line and a person came out within a day to check the line. He found the damage spot and replaced it quickly. Apparently we had a mole. The person played with our dog while he was testing the line and while I was writing the check for payment. Super easy and the people have been so nice to work with.

Dogwatch is absolutely amazing. I have a 6' wooden fence in the back yard and my doberman continued To jump it. With dogwatch fence he is confined and safe. The training for the front yard was simple and now I can enjoy my dog in an unfenced area knowing hes not leaving the yard. Thank you Dog watch.

Great product, From the time I called to get an estimate until it was completely installed the service was great, they walked me through it is very simple very easy to use. My dogs have the Not even tried to challenge the fence once I train them. Would recommend this product to anyone.
