Just what we needed!
In December of 2020, we became parents of two baby Great Danes. When after 4 or 5 months, it became apparent that we would not be able to keep them healthy and exercised through walks alone, we decided to put up an invisible fence. I did my research and settled on DogWatch of Dayton. When I called to arrange for installation and training, the staff members were prompt, courteous and professional. The puppies, who were about 45 and 60 lbs at the time responded to the training at different rates; with the male needing a little additional correction, but both are fully trained and respectful of the boundaries.
I'm sorry I didn't call them sooner so our previous Dane could have had the run of our 2 acre lot.

Great experience
Great experience! The installer was friendly and professional installing our fence through snow and ice. I would highly recommend DogWatch.

Very impressive product...very impressive service!
I was impressed and felt this was the company I wanted to go with, from the first phone call, to Kyle’s home visit, and the installer/trainer’s visit. Each person was interested in truly helping me find the right solution for my needs. Even during the home visit, after all my questions were answered, I still felt no pressure to purchase their service. All were helpful, friendly, professional, and gave excellent service. My expectations were exceeded. Also, I couldn’t be more pleased with how my pup responded so quickly to the invisible fence.....she learned the first day!

Great customer service and product!
Took weeks to get the signs promised
Took weeks to get the signs promised. Also we had issues with training. Called to ask for help. They still have not called back. If I had not been in a rush to get electric I would have waited for Invisible Fence.

DogWatch of Dayton …
We went with DogWatch of Dayton after a couple of "not so great" conversations with a competitor. Very happy with our selection.
Trustworthy and Very Reliable
We've had the DogWatch hidden fence system since 2003, installed by Dogwatch of Dayton, and it has worked fine ever since. Have used it for one large shephard/retriever mix and one mini-dachshund. Both had collars designed for their own body sizes. On the rare times (maybe just 2) when we've had a service question, DogWatch of Dayton has always responded quickly and even shipped a replacement part to us overnight. Just great service no matter what. We've been very happy with them, and will remain customers for the foreseeable future. Thanks.
Great to work with.
Better value than its competitor
Product was less expensive than its well-known competitor. The service person answered all our questions before purchasing and during installation. In addition, he provided tips that helped us quite a bit.
Our dog learned well in the timeframe expected, and it was literally a game-changer for her. (We had had reservations that she would comply with the system.) She is also more well-behaved overall.
100% happy so far!
It is a superior product
It is a superior product. My neighbors have a competitor's product and there is no comparison.

I had 2 previous systems with Invisible fence. Worked fine. I switched to dog watch for several reasons. First the initial outlay was far cheaper then invisible fence, Dogwatch works on a technology where the batteries last for 1 year or more (FM I believe). Invisible fence wants to lock you into monthly battery purchases. There are many bells and whistles that invisible fence try's to sell with their system that are not needed. Dogwatch is a far better value. My system has been in for 2 years and works great!
Excellent experience
We had an excellent installation and dog-training interaction with Kyle and Chandler at DogWatch when we installed our first system years ago. We are now in a new home and have, once again, turned to them for our installation and fence-training needs. We would strongly recommend them. The price is also fair.
