Lawrence was at my home within a week of me contacting him to install our fence system. With some trial and error on our part, this is by far the best money we have spent for our pets to keep them safe, and it was a lot cheaper than the competition for our 4 dogs. I cannot recommend them enough!

I found the whole process easy to understand. I called once and had my question answered quickly. Also had a repeat visit .
All in all it was satisfactory.

Lawrence the owner did my install several years ago. He was a complete professional, a pleasure to work with. I called around and DogWatch makes the best system. The batteries in the dog's collar last up to 2 years, not like Invisible fence that was double the cost for install and need to change batteries every 2 to 3 months. I reached out to Lawrence to do the install for my parents' new Border Collie. Once again, timely professional first rate install, no cutting corners. I am general contractor by trade and know enough to see if people are trying to scrimp on the install so they can get out of there as fast as possible. Lawrence and his nephew Johnathon take all the time needed to do a first-rate job. If you pay to have a professional install done, the entire job is guaranteed for life even acts of God like lightning strikes that no surge suppressor will stop. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Lawrence,covering Dog Watch in Culpeper VA, was awesome. He did everything to make it cost effective and efficient to switch from Invisible Fence (which was more expensive ordering batteries every few months instead of every two years!!!) Plys IF was operating out of northern Virginia and I had no relationship with this vendor after 5 years. I now have someone right here in my community that is customer oriented, professional and less costly !

We rely on our underground fence to humanely control our dog. It has worked flawlessly for nearly a year and can recommend the product without reservation to anyone.

Lawrence was professional and took great care to make sure our pet was comfortable and trained with the fence before leaving. He has been available whenever there was a question or concern and was right there to do the repair when the line was damaged.

So far so good, battery and system works as described.

DogWatch installed our fence over a year ago. It has worked great. The batteries in the collars are still going strong. Much better price than IF and better product. A freind with IF has been frustrated with frequency of, and price for, changing the battery. Laurence was easy to work with and very responsive.
