As he always does, Dan came out and helped with what we needed - this time flagging the fence and training for a new dog. He’s great with dogs and people! I recommend Dog Watch of SE PA for hidden fencing both in and out.

Dan saved the day again! After major construction he came in and reconfigured our entire system in half of a day and our dog Miss Cleo is loving all of her extra space. From speaking with Jen and setting up the appointments and Dan completing the work on time (even with all of the crazy rain), they are a wonderful team. This was our second time using them and would not hesitate to call them again in the future if our needs change. And I tell all of my friends about them. They are one of the few companies these days that deliver exactly what they promise and in this case even a little more all at the quoted price. Thanks Jen and Dan! You guys are top notch in my book!

Time to install was great. They said it would take about 3-4 hours and it did even with one training session! Explanations of training was great. Our dog knows the boundary already!

The Dogwatch team has been awesome … responsive from the start, honest about what services were best for us (even if it wasn’t the most profitable for them), installation was quick and not at all disruptive to our routine, great training advice and regular follow-ups.

In short, we couldn’t have asked for more!

We kind of had an emergency, my dogs invisible fence collar stopped working after 10 years, I called Jennifer at dogwatch and let her know my sense of urgency because our Blacklab was getting out of the yard. Jennifer was able to meet me to replace the collar receiver under warranty on the same day. I cannot be more grateful for the quick and professional service. Our black lab Samson, is family and we want to keep him safe. Thank you you Jennifer.

After 18 years, a ground hog chewed our in ground wire. DW came out, replaced the wire, checked and made some minor repairs to the collars and we were back on line. Respectful to the urgency to have our DW system up and running as soon as possible. Great customer services! Have been so please with the system over the years, we recommended it to friends out of state. Now when we visit our dogs can have the run of their property and visa versa. The collars work on both systems. As long as we have dogs, we will have Dog Watch.

Dog watch is a great company with wonderful customer service. I truly know this fence is what keeps my dog safely in our yard. Thank you for always servicing our needs from batteries to the occasional fuses. We have had our fence for many years and they continue to treat us with respect!

I requested a retriever from DogWatch for the training of my dog. I was very worried about her training.But John worked a lot on my pet and trained her in every way. Now I am very happy to see my dog doing different activities. I highly recommend them.

Fence worked for about a year, changed the battery, dog ran through, changed another battery, dog ran through. Left message no call back.
