In an initial session that was timely yet thorough, Jim assessed our footprint, the scope of the install and explained how it would work practically for both us and for our beloved pup “Fripp”. He also clearly communicated what we considered a reasonable cost for an experienced team who loves dogs and is so professional. With the invisible fence install scheduled, Bill arrived at the scheduled time, installed seamlessly and most importantly handled our puppy with the perfect command, kind but clear. Excellent business to do business with. Before having my fence installed I had 3 quotes from the top recommended companies in my area, according to a google search. While they were not the most expensive or cheapest, it was the lifetime warranty on the system, only having to change the collars battery every 18-24 months with the battery being non proprietary, and the promptness responding to calls and emails that led to Dogwatch being my final decision. It was a pleasure having these guys come out, answered all question and left no doubt that this system would contain my extremely stubborn Red Healer. I now have the piece of mind to run errands and not have to worry about her leaving the yard and terrorizing the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Timely response to phone call and timely fixing of a small problem.

Our lawn guy cut our fence in half. Dog watch came out within an hour of me calling. They had the fence re buried and fixed within 20 minutes!

DogWatch was great. They executed what we wanted. They worked with our dogs and the install was clean and neat. We have not had a problem with the dogs crossing the fence when other people or animal are close. I would use them again!

We have recommended to others numerous times. Main reason is the service. Every time we've had a problem, they are here to fix immediately.

Any time I have a problem with my underground fence I call Billy and he is at my home the next day getting my fence working. His prices are great too. He does not overcharge.
