This is what I would expect of an organization that provides this service for an invisible fence solution, The problems being AFTER the sale is complete.

1. Expect turnover from your Salesperson/service person. almost immediately after the installation we were switched to another sales/service person which we then has to explain the challenges we were having. We continued to have challenges with one of our receivers which the required deposits and multiple payments for a system we were sold as "guaranteed". Perhaps the misunderstanding of the word was the issue, however I would expect a company that prides itself on service, would honor the "guarantee" and not continue to charge fees for defective equipment.

We're in Northern Ireland, we purchased the entire system with 4 collars quite a few years back. The system and collars are still going strong after all these years. It may have been costly BUT alot cheaper than a vet bill or worse. Ask yourself, how much do you love your dog? IT IS WORTH THE COST!! Best decision we ever made

Where to start? I originally had my smart fence installed in 2018-2019 at our first home that had just nearly 3 acres. Within just a few hours the dogs knew they were not going to make it out of the yard. They had full range of our whole property and they took full advantage. We moved in late 2020 to our new home and it had a chain linked fenced back yard. After our other dogs unfortunately passed to due age and illnesses we purchased two purebred lab puppies. They quickly learned how to escape the fence and had escaped over 100 times in a matter of 2-3 months. I knew it was time to get back in touch with a company that has a “guarantees containment.” I will NEVER go to another company. The quality, the professionalism, the communication. There is not a single company that can compete with them. I have recommended them to numerous friends and family and they have also had the same experience. If you’re looking to have an in ground dog or cat fence installed just known their company will make you a fair price and a professional install. They go above and beyond to make sure they meet all of your requests.

Side note, if you live on the water and would like your animals access to a specific area into the water they can offer services. You can also ask them to put a switch in so they know they cannot go out to the water during the cold season where thin ice could start to form and keep them safe from falling into the water. This product is completely life changing. I was extremely reticent at first but, the team guided my through the process and helped me understand the proposition. I have never looked back and my cats and dogs are now safe and my mind is fully at ease.
If you are in two minds - go for it.

I’ve used Dogfence for 10 years. It secures the perimeter of a large rural area and we can trust it 100% to keep the dogs on the property, even if they are chasing deer ! Good reliable system that I would recommend

Kevin was very prompt and professional! He went right to business installing the fence and with the training. Both Pepper and Ranger learned very quickly. They did test the boundary on day 2 but immediately turned right back around after the warning beep. Now they can play outside like the giant goofballs they are. Highly recommend this company it was a positive experience!

The entire process, from Bob explaining the system to Aileen scheduling and Jonny installing and training, has been an extremely positive experience. They were easy to work with and made scheduling changes when necessary. I outdid definitely recommend Dogwatch to anyone looking for a hidden fence. Our Sadie respected the fence when both people and animals were outside.

Aileen is very friendly, responsive and helpful. I had a new collar, a replacement collar, and some new yard flags in one day.

Great phone response and support plus agreed to me short-circuiting the postal service and to visit them in person for a while you wait turn around for diagnosis and a fix. Also provided a subsidized price for an out of warranty replacement part that was required.

We are SO happy with everything! The team was just incredible—so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. The training was fantastic, and knowing we can reach out anytime with questions gives us such peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend!

Bought a BT7 Bark collar from
these guys through third party. It had the wrong cord in there couldn't use it. Told third party who referred me to dogwatch. Now Dog Watch said they have the right one but I had to buy it, they wouldn't replace. Sad 😔

Family/franchise run, no commission sales, on time, a bit of a custom install that seems to be working out well. A little disappointed to find that satellite was a sub- vendor after doing research and picking DogWatch in the first place, but custom wire is A-OK.

What a life I have now.. Letting the dogs run the entire perimeter of my yard instead of being on a leash, and I sit and watch with my coffee. They LOVE it. Well worth the price. Now if I could talk my neighbor into one...

We've used dog watch for 26 years with our pyreness and now with our three Field Spaniels. This system works great. Only recently one of our dogs was getting out. After trying several fixes (changing batteries, changing prongs, changing collars), we called Ryan (or Bryan). He came up immediately and within 15 minutes, he determined that our garage transmitter had worn out. He replaced it and now we're back in business. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. We recommend Dog Watch of Northern Colorado and the system. It keeps dogs in and doesn't obstruct the view. It took less than a week to first train our dogs to keep within our boundaries. The wire they use is strong enough to withstand gopher teeth. Even a passing rabbit, gopher, or deer isn't enough to tease our dogs out of our area. Also, Ryan is great to work with and quickly answers any possible questions we might have when we had an asphault driveway put in over the wire or had a new internet cable laid across the wire. This is by far one of the best purchases we've ever made. Our dogs are safe and happy.
