I tried to call my personal advisor and write to the contact e-mail address several times regarding to my account. Unfortunately there is no any feedback from them, my account was blocked.

Definitely a fake platform that is only concerned with taking all you have for their own selfish interests. I invested with them and was very enthusiastic about trading and making money here but that was not the case. They cleaned my account and left me with nothing. Even when I made it known to them they just ignored me. I sent countless messages with no response from them for almost 3 weeks. I had to get assistance from frauddetect.link and they initiated a complete reimbursement which was how I was able to get back all the money taken from my trade account. Avoid dolce500 for your own good. Don't say you weren't told.

Do not under any circumstances give this company any money.They will suck you in with false profits.Let you make a small withdrawal to gain your trust.PRESSURE YOU FOR MORE INVESTMENT. Then your money is removed after one reason or another.Getting information just dries up.

Don't do it . My friend and I did it we are both retired and can't afford it but we sent £3000 that did get in touch at first then nothing .please don't go there I beg you

This company is a scam. I opened my basic account with £250 and I got call next day saying I can make more money if I deposit £25000. I told them I do not have this money but advisor just applied £25000 loan on my account without my consent and called me again and congratulated for loan which I never asked for. Then I found out my account is freeze and I have to deposit £25000 before I get my account activate.Then they told me if I do not make deposit I have to pay charges. I asked many times about charges but he ignored my question. Now I spoke to his manager who gave me correct figure. I lost my all money and they told me I have to pay back £3600 to them in terms of charges.
Please do not invest in this company. This company is not registered with any British Financial body.

This broker is a total scam. I unfortunately got to them through ToolsTrades.com, a service that seemed reliable to me and that I now very much doubt.
To start the service, the ToolsTrades agent made me make two deposits of € 250, one of which to Dolce500.
The Dolce500 agent induced me to make further deposits by showing me great earnings on my account on their site.
When I asked to withdraw part of the account amount, I was denied on the pretext that I would first have to send more money to repay an imaginary corporate loan that I had never requested.
Some points to watch out for:
- They have money deposited through the Kraken service which transfers them to a Bitcoin account; in this way the recipient is not easily traceable;
- the broker is not registered with Cysec or with any other European supervisory authority;
- they directly manage the trading operations on the clients' accounts, unlike the authorized traders where it is always the client who executes each operation.

I lost my money with them, be careful not to do the same.

Joined Dolce500 following a link on the net. I received a call immediately from someone who talked me through how it all worked. The following morning I received a call from my ‘personal advisor’ who highlighted some things a I was not aware of, mainly that I needed to invest more than the minimum of £250.00 in order to gain access to the Bitcoin market. I was not at a stage where I wished to do this so, after requesting a return of my money, they agreed. 3 days later my money was returned to my bank account and I received to call from my personal advisor to confirm this. I don’t feel this company is offering a scam, but you do need to be aware of the amount you need to invest if the Bitcoin market is what you’re interested in. Maybe more clarity in their initial marketing would help.
