Agenzia fittizia, volevo prenotare un viaggio con la mia famiglia con loro ma quando prima del pagamento (su IBAN estero e intestato ad una azienda di Roma che produce Software e servizi) ho fatto alcune ricerche come vedere su Google all’indirizzo che indicano sul sito (Via Piave 4 ad Arezzo) e Maps non indica nessuna agenzia a quell’indirizzo e al loro numero di telefono sempre presente sul sito 0575 1596854 c’è sempre la voce automatica che “gli operatori sono momentaneamente occupati” ma a qualsiasi orario.
Prima di prenotare ho provato a scrivere chiedendo spiegazioni e di essere richiamato (sempre numero Whatsapp dal loro sito +393399958069) ma non mi hanno mai risposto e sono spariti.
State alla larga che non mi sembra un agenzia così affidabile “dal 2008”.
Molte persone stanno raccontando la loro esperienza su FB alla pagina Viaggi Social, purtroppo qui non permette di inserire il link.
