Our drinkable Tan Drops work from within using carefully chosen ingredients that support your skin's natural tanning process gradually over time, no harsh chemicals and no melanotan involved. We're not going to pretend we got everything right from day one because we didn't. Over the past 6+ months we've put a lot of work into improving every part of the brand based on honest feedback from our customers. The formula has been completely reworked with a stronger dosage and the ingredients we knew were missing, so it actually delivers results without needing sun exposure to back it up. We've also launched new flavours that genuinely taste good, strawberry, peach mango and our reformulated watermelon are the current line up. One of the biggest lessons we learned is that real results take time. After running surveys with our own customers, we found that visible changes start showing up around the 1 to 1.5 month mark, with the best results around 3 to 4 months. We've updated our entire website to reflect this honestly because the last thing we want is to mislead anyone with unrealistic timelines. On the support side, we've grown our team and made sure every email is replied to within 24 hours by an actual human. Absolute RUBBISH
Absolute RUBBISH, doesn’t really taste like watermelon, I’m 24 days into taking this and no change whatsoever, I’ve contacted Dolcelove on at least 2 occasions only to be given the usual rubbish reply, no refunds at all, not even if it doesn’t work, my advice to potential customers is DONT BUY IT, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TRY ELSEWHERE, if only I could have given it 0 ⭐️, RUBBISH RUBBISH, UTTER RUBBISH

Hey, really sorry to read this and we genuinely appreciate the honest feedback even when it's hard to hear.
Being upfront with you, we had a rough patch on the customer support side. The volume of orders coming in got way ahead of what our small team could handle, we were only running with 1 to 2 support members at the time and the inbox just piled up.
Some of the team also weren't fully trained yet and that resulted in those generic replies you got, which is not the kind of service we want to give anyone.
We've since hired more people and properly trained the team to make sure every email is replied to within 24 hours with an actual human response.
On the product side, 24 days unfortunately isn't enough time to see proper results with our drops. After running surveys with customers over a few months, we found the real timeline for visible changes is around 3 to 4 months, with skin usually starting to shift around the 1 to 1.5 month mark.
We were initially promising faster timelines which wasn't realistic and we've fixed that on the website too. We also reworked the formula with a stronger dosage and the ingredients that were missing before, the watermelon flavour was reformulated as well so it actually tastes how it should now.
We know none of this undoes your experience and we're not trying to make excuses, just being transparent about what went wrong and what we've changed.

It did take a while to come although it stated delivery was fast but I appreciate you emailed me to make sure the product eventually arrived and gave me a discount on my next purchase. For this I think your customer service is great. Thank you.

Hey, really sorry to read this and thanks for flagging it.
Being honest with you, we had two issues going on around that time. Some of our previous customer support members weren't properly trained and a lot of emails were getting generic replies or slipping through the cracks, that's been fixed now and the team is properly trained with every email replied to within 24 hours.
On top of that we also had a batch of orders that got detained at customs for no clear reason which caused a lot of confusion on both ends.
Just to be clear, every customer that requests a refund does get one, no exceptions. If yours hasn't been processed yet that shouldn't have happened and we genuinely apologise for that.
Really sorry for the mess and for letting you down.
