Great experience overall and I love my curtain track rod! The owner is super responsive. I reached out before my purchase to verify some information and the quick response and information shared gave me full confidence in placing my order. I received my order and 2 of the track rods were stuck inside of each out and I could not free them from each other. A new set was send immediately and my curtains are now hung and look exactly how I imagined. Quality of the product is great and installation was easy. I know I will get years of use out of my new track rod. Thank you Dolcewe!

These shipping and customer service are awful

We have been waiting for weeks and are in New Jersey (they are shipped from NY)

Would have given them 5 stars but, we got the wrong color at first. Eventually we got the right color and we love them. Great quality the blackout lining and double pleating is excellent. Make sure you confirm the blackout lining when ordering. The curtains came in a timely manner (about 3 weeks) and they are beautiful.

I ordered two sets of custom curtains for my library, a sheer pair and a heavy emerald velvet pair. The Dolcewe website was very informative for understanding what I needed to measure and where to place my curtain rods, as well as what style of curtain I might prefer. Corresponding with James at Dolcewe, to ask a few questions and for advice and swatches was a swift and gratifying experience. I found James to be kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional. My swatches arrived very quickly, after which I placed my order - using the terrific sales - and my custom order arrived promptly. I am overjoyed with the quality, the cost and the service of this incredible company. I am recommending Dolcewe to absolutely everyone!

I have a space under my stairs where I store "stuff," so I wanted a curtain there. I contacted James and he was extremely helpful and responded quickly when I had some questions. After placing my order, I received emails about the progress of the order and shipping. The package arrived in a timely manner. The curtain was easy to put up (did it myself) and looks great!”

Although the website was difficult to navigate and a bit confusing, James the store owner answered every email promptly and helped me through the process. I ordered swatches ahead of time which is always a good idea so you can see and feel the fabric. The fabric I used has sun blocking built into it so I didn't have to have a stiff lining or pay extra for a lining. The curtains were beautiful and exactly what I ordered. There were no hidden charges. It arrived sooner than they said it would. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered these curtains to cover my pantry in the kitchen to replace the old doors, which had started to deteriorate. I was not sure how this would look, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric is of great quality, and the curtains hang so beautifully. I am so pleased with my purchase!

I finally found custom-made drapes that didn't break the bank! The velvet feels so luxurious but it's also easy to clean, which is amazing. James even helped me find a color that matched my throw pillows at home, great service!

I had ordered from another website, which was unable to fulfill 3/4 of my order. I found Dolcewe.com and ordered 3 days after my original order with the other company. I received my order from Dolcewe.com and am STILL waiting for the remaining 1/4 order from the other company, for which I paid extra for expedited S&H and they're very late to reply, or altogether non-responsive to questions.

All of the curtains that I received from Dolcewe.com are perfect... perfect size and exceptional quality! During my order process, I had a few questions that James, the store owner answered more timely, and kindly than I could have ever anticipated! I will definitely be recommending and using them again!

After trying ready-made curtains three times and failing, Dolcewe finally got my 110" ceiling-to-floor drapes right. The thermal lining is a bonus - should help with energy bills. Worth the money.

" BEST BLACKOUT FABRIC AND BEST OWNER ATTENTION
I was looking for fabric all over the internet and I found Dolcewe where they sell curtains, but I explained to James that I didn't really want a curtain but just the blackout fabric and incredibly he agreed to sell me the fabric and my surprise was that it also had the extra large measurements that I needed and with the characteristics that I needed. In short, I couldn't find a better store than Dolcewe. Incredible quality, wonderful attention. I recommend 100% Dolcewe and at a very affordable price. The curtains I purchased from Dolcewe are the high quality that I've been looking for, with reasonable pricing. They have nice styling and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Although there was a problem with my order the vendor did resolve it to our mutual satisfaction.
