Very satisfied it came two days earlier then it was supposed too

This is my first time ordering here and experience so far is not a positive one. After unboxing my package I realized three of the items I ordered was either a different size or incorrect color. It seems to me that the people working there thinks it's ok to substitute one size for the other. For instance I ordered a belt in s/m and I received m/l. I also ordered a 3 piece scarf set in a particular color and they sent me another color.This type of service is unacceptable. The fact that they are offering a lower price does not permit subpar service. They need to do better if they value customer retention.

They mailed my package with 3 items not sent, but charged me for three items. I've contact them via their website and sent them an email. I haven't received ANY response. I've asked for a refund for items not shipped or for them to send the missing items. Absolutely nothing. I'll be reporting them to the BBB and any sites with reviews if they don't respond soon.

I already bought from this website a few times now and several items at a time. Items are always as described and comunication with seller is excellent. I will continue to buy from them.
