STRAIGHT FROM CHINA. SHIPPING FEES TOO HIGH TO RETURN!!!! BIG FAT SCAM, spent time looking for right doll, also they have name very simular to a legitimate site. No customer service. I was sent a cheap doll. Nothing at all like ones they picture. I'm surprised this is even allowed. They are charging alot for a doll. Also u can't return for refund as shipping costs over 50quid. I'm being offered 5% refund and now 30%. I will leave comments where ever possible about this site AVOID not worth the time or money! They are not even silicone dolls! Just ur standard doll u get at tesco

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Took forever to arrive. Looks nothing like the picture, not even the same clothing in the picture. Doll is plastic. Very disappointed. You can find a better doll at walmart than what I paid for. Will be returning!

Absoultly shocking doll. The doll i received is nothing like what i ordered or what they advertise. The doll looks so fake and completly different not small differences.
Company offered 10% discount off £200 i paid. I refused, within minuntes they offered 25%. Again i refused the doll is that bad. The address to return it back to his china. Not USA as selling page advertised its shipping from!! Company offered 30% final offer again i refused. My daughter is so upset. I joke not it looks like a blow up doll face you see on stag n hens party. Mouth wont hold a dummy. Brought 2 dummys from site also not fit for purpose. Thankfully i paid in 3 with Klarna so have frozen the other 2 payments while it is looked into. I want my 1st payment of £72 refunded and the doll returned. I refuse to pay the shipping cost as the doll is defected not just im disatified. Avoid this company the dolls you see are not what you get.

I was so worried after reading these reviews. But my doll is beautiful 😍 my 13 year old son who has absolutely no interest in dolls couldn't believe how realistic she is. I was able to track my package. Her hair is so soft she's got eyelashes and is so soft. She is silicone vinyl but still squishy 😍 very happy. Trying to resist buying another one.

The baby dolls that I ordered does not look anything like what i received not happy with what the dolls look like not satisfied all with what we received the dolls look totally different then from what I ordered trust ne don’t order anything from the website they lie

Haven’t received my item and emailed the company they basically said it was nothing they could do to contact the delivery company. Have and they gave a response for the reborn company to be in contact with them, when I’ve emailed them about it they’ve just completely ignored all my emails.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase. The doll I received is NOT the one pictured in the listing. The product image showed a high-quality doll with precise details, but what got was a completely different, cheaply made doll.
This is clearly a bait-and-switch scam, and I'm appalled by the seller's dishonesty. The doll's material, design, and overall quality are nowhere near what was advertised. It's unacceptable to mislead customers like this.
My Issues with the product were, Completely different design and style, Inferior material and build quality an it Does not match the product description or images.
This is a Warning to others, Do not trust this seller because They are running a scam.
I have tried contacting the seller, but they will not refund my money, they do not care!
This lack of accountability and transparency only reinforces my suspicion of a scam.
So Save your money and avoid this seller at all costs.
I demand a full refund and will be reporting this incident to relevant authorities.
Let's hold this seller accountable for their deceitful practices people!

Absolutely horrible and total scam. I am so upset and disappointed.
The doll I ordered looks absolutely NOTHING like the doll I received. My daughter is in tears and the company has only offered a 10% refund. I paid $140 for this, when it’s worth about $2! The clothes and accessories I purchased that went on the size do not fit. The doll is so much smaller and it’s just cheap plastic. It smells like plastic and it’s horrible!
Please don’t make the mistake I did!!!!!! Total scam and I will be taking it further!

Well, I was going to write my feelings about this company but everyone has already written everything I was going to say. I spent over $300 on one of their crap products. I posted clear pictures to them via email and on their Facebook page. I was scammed! I bought their product to ease my loneliness and help me with therapy. Instead I am worsening now. I am out of work and in a bad way. I was counting on their product to help me feel better. I justified spending so much money as I would spend it on a therapist. I got a horrible disgusting “thing” that made me so mad when I saw it! I searched sites for over one month trying to pick the best one that was moderately affordable. I spent more to assure I would get a very special product. What I got was a joke! I have been writing to them and keep getting AI generated responses. I feel like nobody is reading anything I wrote. I can’t get an address to return it. I too, have been offered 10%. They clearly stated they would take returns within 30 days. I contacted them within one hour of receiving the thing they sent me. I still have not received an address or any indication that I would get my money back. I will report to BBB but, I am in no state to have to be dealing with another disappointment. I’m sick about this. It was a lot of money.
I can barely hit “Done” since I can predict that I will just be getting their canned response. They sure do reply quick a genuine reply when you write something nice. I am saying here….. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! They are using real babies in the photos and sending plastic crap. It is a clear case of bait and switch! Somebody help please!

I had to write a review! I saw these reviews after purchasing and was so scared I had just paid $600 au for a doll that may have been horrible but he’s ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! He’s heavy, feels really real and I’m very happy with my purchase. He’s 20 inches and full silicon. I have made a video but don’t know where to upload it.

I ordered a silicone doll after seeing an advert on facebook the doll looked realistic the reviews were great I paid £230 for the doll. Once ordered I heard nothing for 2 days then received a confirmation email about 3 weeks later I received an email saying they couldn’t get materials so would I like to choose another doll I asked for a refund as didn’t want to wait or take replacement. I received an email asking for photos of the doll I hadn’t received and why I wanted a refund! Then 3 days later the doll arrived the same doll they sent can be found on another website for £100 less than I paid and needless to say looks nothing like the doll I ordered. I complained again with pictures and was offered 10% discount I refused and was then told after reviewing my order I hadn’t ordered it from them so I should take it up with whoever I ordered it from!! Absolute scam next email asked me for a review of my order ( that I hadn’t placed) I’ve complained to Facebook but they haven’t taken the advertisement down they don’t think it breaks any rules. So please do not buy from this company

I would not even give the doll a one star. Nothing like what I ordered, they are scammers. Save your money . Don't buy from this company!!!! Rip off!!!! Dolls look horrible. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM....

I bought a reborn doll and when looking into the company further it appears that the particular reborn I had ordered was not how it appeared on the website.

I then sent them evidence of the reborn doll being identical on on two separate websites. Dollreborns and reborndolls. I requested to cancel the order (even though they said it had been shipped) they agreed to refund me. see below:

I would just be mindful to do more research before ordering again

Beware scam website ! Doll is nothing like I ordered got my refund via my bank they claim the dolls are from the uk and “it takes time to make them” when in fact it’s a complete lie they take ages to arrive as they are being sent from China they do not make them it seems based on terrible reviews everyone gets the same crappy generic doll which looks nothing like the pic company reported to trading standards !!!!

I ordered a doll for a friend’s daughter as a Christmas gift and the doll I chose for her was nothing like the photo. asked for a shipping label to return the doll so that I could be refunded. They offered 10% of purchase value!! I’m so frustrated! Somebody needs to shut this company down!! They are frauders and thieves!!! There are many many negative reviews for this company. I just wish I had checked the reviews before. Lesson learned.

I really wish I would have done a thorough search on reviews on this on-line merchant. I order a doll and I received something that looked nothing like the doll I ordered. It's a scam. I tried to return it, but they offered me 10% off. My credit card company will reverse the funds send to them if I give them a tracking number for sending back the merchandise. They do not have an address on their website and they are not responding to my request for that return address. I might just ship the damn thing back to their "headquarters" in the UK.

Fake, don’t buy from them. Poor quality dolls. It is a scam
