This company is awful. I received a email notifying me that they sent the wrong purse. If I wanted I could keep it and receive 50% off my original order. I never received the incorrect order my original order. I went back and forth numerous times to no avail. I kept being told I had received it and to check with the post office. I finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I told the woman at Dollver that I had been communicating with that I was disputing the charge and I wanted to speak to her manager. The next day I received over 4500 emails from companies throughout China and Europe. I know she published my email. Awful, awful experience. Do not order from this company.

As everyone else has stated, this company is a ripoff. Advertised on Facebook as made in the USA and 100% leather. 30-45 days later, received a piece of plastic from China. They do not provide return shipping labels. Ended up getting $48 back even though my order was $53. They said it was because they deducted shipping. They told me to keep the product which I will donate to Goodwill. Lesson learned. Should have checked here before buying.

Total rip off. The purse I received is nothing like I ordered. Email to the service site was returned as undeliverable. Now I’m out the money and have a crap product I can’t return.

As with others who have reviewed, I fell victim to this bait and switch. The pictures and videos are from the Minooy website. You get a cheap plastic thing that is not at all like advertised. I paid with PayPal and got 80% back, might have been able to get all of it if I continued to fight. Instead I decided to use the time informing others. Stay clear!

This company is a total rip off site. The purse I received is nothing like the one represented in the advertisement on FB. Do not fall victim to their scam!

Company is a complete scam. Sent a cheap purse from a dollar store and is refusing to refund. Do not order.

UPDATE: The company responded to my email. It claimed that a new employee unknowingly sent me the wrong handbag. I was offered a 50% refund and to keep the bag. Well, the bag isn't worth keeping but I took the refund as I figured it was the best outcome I could hope for. The company did refund 50% to my PayPal account.

Dollver.com - I ordered what looked to be a nice, regular sized leather purse. I hesitated about buying something through a Facebook ad, but I had searched everywhere for a purse like this, so I took a chance. Received a small, poor quality item that looked nothing like what I ordered. I emailed the company but I'm not holding my breath for a resolution. Oh, and although the website was still active when I checked, they no longer have ANY products for sale! Lesson learned - no more ordering from Facebook ads or companies I don't recognize.

Fake bags, scam website! Videos and pictures are taken directly from Minooy (original brand) and copied. You will not get a bag that even resembles the bag they have advertised. It's a completely different bag that is plastic and stinks. The bag is made and shipped directly from China, not America. They do not honour their return policy either. Please don't get scammed out of your hard earned money like I did.
