I am 84 years old
I am 84 years old . My stair lift was going no where. I phoned Dolphins stairlift South west. A very knowledgeable yound lady answered the phone. With her help we did a manual check and she realized that I needed am engineer. A very nice gentleman arived 2 hours later and found the lift needed a switch. Job done . This is what I call service. WELL DONE

A great local customer focused company
My recent commutations to the office, (both on the telephone and via emails), were both easy and quickly responded to by two very nice ladies. The following and subsequent visits to me by two different engineers were also excellent, as they were both polite and knowledgeable regarding the product. It is nice to deal with a company that is customer focused.

Great team - arrived 3 days after initial communication to give advice, measure up and costings. Three days later a fitter arrived to instal. After 3 hrs he had completed the work to a high standard. Would recomend.

Good, but pricey spares.
The engineer was on time, polite and efficient.
I would have given 5 stars if we hadn't have to pay such a high price of £63 for 2 batteries which can be bought on the Internet for approx £25 (for 2 x Lucas brand).

The company engineer was punctual, polite and simply got on with the annual inspection.
No problems there but he kindly drew my attention to a 'soft' stair and even offered to line up a carpenter for me as I am nearly 78 and in poor health. Brilliant!
