I had minor shower dripping. The plumber Simon replaced washes and did service.
Since then I haven’t been able to use the shower. It is very difficult to adjust hot/cold water and there is a very loud whistling sound resonating through the house.
I’ve never had these problems before.

Simon promised to come and fix it but never came. I then called him 12 times and left many SMS text messages but he never called back.
I had to call another plumber who fixed the problem. Therefore, I paid twice.

I would give Simon and his company minus 5 stars if I could for really terrible “service” and no customer respect and support.

I strongly recommend never using domesticfix company.
