Dominant Construction team have just completed a fantastic loft conversion and renovation of our Victorian home in Belgravia, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results. The team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish — communication with George was always clear and open, and the quality of the workmanship and final finish is both impressive and beautiful.

Going into the project with a toddler and a new baby on the way, while both of us were working full-time, I was expecting far more hurdles than the few minor bumps we actually experienced. This is a real credit to George’s proactive approach, high standards, and the confidence he has in his team.

Now that we’re back home with the newest addition to our family, we couldn’t be more delighted with the work carried out, and we would happily recommend Dominant Construction.

Dominant Construction - don't use them. Doing complete bathroom including taking down walls and reinstating walls in different place. Started job then went off job as busy for a few days. This happened twice. Didn't finish snagging and wouldn't come back when told them seal round shower leaking. A few months on have very loose floor tile and texted and emailed and was told they were busy. Have emailed a few more times and this has gone unanswered.
