Went to christchurch home show, talked to owner who was able to pull up all the information about our garage door and experience we had. He said he would rectify it and even promised someone would be in touch well that's well over a month now and still no word from anyone. Definitely don't recommend dominator if you want communication or kept promises

Yes, I had to wait a little more than the processing time stated on the webpage, but it was worth it. They seem to have a huge backlog but are actively solving it with good process time. They even honoured my special request. Exhaust is worth every penny and even more.

I AM WAITING FOR 23 DAYS NOW... I WAS GOING TO PLACE THE EXHAUST IN MY VACATION IN SPAIN. SO I LET EM SEND IT TO SPAIN. NOW THE VACATION IS OVER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PIPES.. IT WAS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT WAS A KAT-DELETER, I SPAIN IT IS TO HOT ON THE LEGS WITH THE KAT. SO NOW I HAVE BURNED LEGS AND STILL NO KAT DELETER. IT'S ALREADY PAYED 1 MONTH AGO😤😤😤😤😤😤

I recently bought a slip-on exhaust system from Dominator.pl for my Suzuki GS500 E, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The installation was straightforward — I only had to make a small adjustment to the stopper for the main stand, as it was sitting a bit too high afterwards.

I installed the exhaust together with a new set of carbs, a K&N high-flow air filter, and new admission pipes. The result? The increase in power is incredible. And the sound… absolutely AMAZING. It transforms the whole bike.

Delivery was smooth as well. Even though I had it shipped to Malta (where fast delivery is rare), it arrived in about 10 days — impressive!

For this price, you simply won’t find a better exhaust if you own a retro bike. 10/10 — would definitely order again!

Avoid at all costs! Happy to take your money but that’s about where their loyalty ends. They took a week to eventually send the de-cat pipe purchased. This was only after I had emailed asking where my purchase was that they returned another great reply stating “it was now sent”.

Once it arrived, I asked a simple question regarding fitting of this item and if they could advise on any other alternatives they may be aware of. The reply was “This fits Dominator exhausts and OEM”.

I would rather manufacture a wooden exhaust than deal with these guys again. BE WARNED, I should have heeded prior poor reviews and I guess I’m lucky I actually got my product, judging by others comments.

I paid this company for 2 set of handle bars. I needed to return one set . they charged me a additional $100.00 for the label which UPS said was no good. so I paid out of pocket for the return. I never received a refund for the returned set. No customer service phone number so they do not have to answer you directly. They never respond to the mutable emails I sent them. Basically they stole my money and have a set of returned handle bars that they will sell to someone else. Do not use this company. They are THIEVES.

In October 2023, I ordered slip-on exhaust for my Kawasaki bike. I received it within 7 days of placing the order. It arrived safely and was nicely packed to prevent damage. The shipment also included all of the papers required to clear Croatian customs and legislation. The process of replacing the exhaust with a new one was straightforward and quick.

I definitely recommend the store.

Terrible aftersales experience after buying from .pl, they reply to to a couple emails with nonsense and you never hear from them again! I was looking for a separate piece of the exhaust and the they couldnt tell me if they supplied it. eventually they said they couldn't supply the part. I then contacted the .nl version of there website and they told me it wouldn't be a problem to supply that part I was looking for and were very helpful in getting me looked after but after a long thread of back and forth emails with the .pl site telling me they couldn't supply it I wasn't bothered dealing with them again when they couldn't even tell me if they sold the parts or not..

HP1 Black slip-on for my SV650 2022. Very fast shipment. Reasonable build quality. Some gas is leaking from the silencer itself (not from the pipe linkages). The bracket to hold the silencer feels a little bit too short initially. Difficult to fit it around the can. But once its in place, it sits very stable. I missed some mounting instructions... but maybe thats just me.

Overall happy considering the price.

Ordered a link pipe end of May, it’s mid June & still hasn’t even been dispatched.
Go elsewhere.

Arrived after seven days after I placed my order, so fast shipping time (to Sweden).

The exhuast itself is great quality and good sound as well.

I ordered a new exhaust for my Yamaha XT600e directly from dominator.pl - the shipping from the factory in Poland to Denmark took only 4 days, received an extremely high quality exhaust nicely wrapped and nicely made. extremely top marks from me. can only recommended them to others ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Item did not arrive on time, still hasn’t actually arrived.
No communication despite several messages.

I enquired about a link pipe for my 1998 BMW r1100 GS at 7 o'clock on a Sunday night. My email was replied to first thing Monday morning and after 2 further emails for sizing and payment the part was ordered by 10 o'clock. it arrived the following Monday morning from Poland to England, It was excellent quality and fitted perfectly.
Do not hesitate to use this company for your motorcycle exhausts there products are high quality and the service is fantastic
