It's a scam. Both scheduled airport pickups were no shows and after lots of waiting around they made up excuses why they couldn't do the pickup. Reviews on other sites confirm similar experiences. No refund after several weeks of waiting to hear back. They act like a real service on whatsapp but they are clearly not a legitimate business and will just take your money and not show up while wasting your time.
We booked a transfer from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo. I did not have my phone on, because it was very expensive in the Dominican.
The payment was made and I had a confirmation. On the transfer day we waited 45 min. before calling to ask about the car. They had cancelled it because I did not pick up my phone. He could send me another car, but it would take additional 45 minutes.
I asked if we could cancel and get our money back which he confirmed.
Even though I have written several times, they have decided to keep my money, and never pay me back, although they did not provide any transfer
