Don't use this firm, its must be a scam... not heard anything for months despite trying to contact them. They found my certificate and took extra money to rectify a spelling mistake but then heard nothing else.

Never heard back from them since my last payment. They generated a DHL tracking #, but the parcel has not been shipped. No reply to text, email....NOTHING!

Excellent service from Joscarly at Dominican Vital Records. Exactly 2 weeks from my first email request the marriage certificate was delivered, I did pay the extra for the express shipment, for me this was worth the extra money.

It was a pleasure doing business with Dominican Vital Records. I requested a birth certificate to be sent to me here in the US. They had some set-backs because of COVID and then they had hurricane Laura. However, they communicated constantly and were very professional and diligent. I would definitely do business with them again, if need be. Thank you Joscarly for all your help and for delivering great service.

Good service, was able to get the birth certificates we needed for my wife's green card interview which was approved! Things were a bit challenging because many government offices in the DR were closed during the height of the pandemic, customer service was always responsive via whatsapp. Things worked out fine, thanks!

I paid almost 400$ for nothing. According to this company the documents were sent. He gave me a ID tracking number which doesn't exist and he doesn't answer my emails or whatsapps. No communication, so 400$ lost. This is skam. And the worst, he didn't dare to say anything, an excuse, he just disappeared. I DO NOT recommend this company, it is SKAM.

From the moment I requested information about their service they answered promptly and with professionalism. It was easy to request exactly what I wanted and they were able to keep me updated every step of the way. During the time that I had requested my birth certificate, there was a major holiday and some civil unrest which delayed the process of my certification. Due to the delays they were kind enough to include 8-10 day shipping as a courtesy. They kept up with me until the document arrived, a small but important detail that I believe makes all the difference.

Joscarly, has been nothing less than phenomenal with the process. Day 1, she informed me that my marriage certificate was ready. This really helped taking the guesswork out of things especially since I live in the US. It did take too long to get the documents apostile and translated which makes me muy feliz!.
