I am extremely disappointed with Dominion Funding and how they’ve handled my first payout.

My KYC was fully approved over two weeks ago. I even contacted support to confirm if there was anything pending from my side, and I was clearly told no, everything was fine. Now suddenly, my payout is being refused for a reason I’ve never even heard of before — something called “APL screening.” This was never mentioned earlier, and it feels like a completely new excuse.

This is especially frustrating because I’ve been using Dominion Markets for years without issues. I’ve personally deposited thousands of dollars, and I know friends who have deposited hundreds of thousands. I’ve always been a good client and never had compliance problems before.

When I tried reaching out to Raja, he said he only deals with Dominion Markets and is not involved in Dominion Funding. However, since he backs and owns Dominion Markets, I would expect him to step in and help in a situation like this, especially when loyal users are facing payout issues.

To this day, I still haven’t received any proper explanation, update, payout, or refund. Communication has been extremely poor.

I have full proof of:
• KYC approval
• Chat confirmations from their staff
• All account activity

I honestly did not expect this kind of experience, especially for a first payout. I hope this situation gets resolved quickly, but until then, people deserve to be aware of what’s happening.

KYC Verification and dennied payout.

I passed the challenge reached a funded account, i followed all their tough rules and when it came to payout, i was required to submit my KYC which showed Declined on their platform and when i inquired from them, they later told me that that i am now verified, so requested for a payout later they dennied a pqyout giving reason of KYC.

So i was wondering why at the first place they approved and later denied it on payout??
To make matters worse, they never give you a chance to do KYC once again incase there is an error or network issiues, at the same time, you don't see the screen either to accept what you have uploaded incase the photo is not clear.
They have the worsed customer care only leaving with Ai bot to respond.
I have not meet any one in my country who has succeded in any payout from them more especially when they reach that level of payout.

After spending alot of money on a 100k account, passed the phase 1 of 10% and now don't payout on last hours with an issue of KYC when actually i requested to resubmit my KYC before a withdraw when i realized that there was poor network and they acknowledged that its approved....which kind of scam or fraud is that???
Ontop of that they leave ypu with an account you can place trades but ypu can't do any withdraw....

I purchased a few instant funded accounts from Dominion. Recently I became eligible for a payout on one of them. I submitted the request and it was approved within 2 days. The payout itself arrived in less than 48 hours after approval. Overall, from request to money received, it took about 4 days — which is solid compared to many firms in the industry.

Support was also responsive. I had a couple of questions during the process and received clear answers in a reasonable timeframe.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly about clarity in communication. The firm advertises “48-hour payouts,” which is technically true — but in my case at least the 48 hours start after the payout is approved. Since approval itself can take 1–3 days.

That said, my overall experience has been quite positive. It seems if you trade within the rules payout is honoured, process was smooth, and there was no unnecessary friction.

The Issue:
On 04-february a single-day loss of $2,500 was flagged as a daily drawdown breach. My understanding is that the daily loss should be calculated from the peak equity of the day. Given my account had grown significantly, I believe this may have been miscalculated or I have misunderstood the specific rule logic (e.g., whether it's based on initial or peak balance).

I have attempted to resolve this through your live chat support on 04- february without a satisfactory explanation or resolution.

My Request:

1. A detailed explanation of the exact calculation used to determine this breach, referencing my account statements.
2. A formal review of the breach by your risk or compliance team.
3. If a genuine error is found, reinstatement of my account.

I bought one step challange, passed that and now trading on funded account. I need to say it's my first funded account ever, I withdraw my first money after 3 weeks(waiting maybe 3 days to get it on my bank acc) and Dominion markets is really good. For first low pip spreads, fast executions , and really good support. If I don't know something just ask them on e-mail and get answer really fast.
