Food consistency is very good
Food consistency is very good. Clean restaurant (Cambridge). I really like the phone app. Ordering is easy and I can monitor my orders' progress.

customer service at the Albion location in Toronto is absolutely awful. They constantly ignore delivery instructions, their managers don't have any control over their employees and when trying to speak to them on the phone they are rude and just kept me waiting on hold for 10 minutes and later admitted they had no intention of returning to the call. They just lost a long standing customer... there are plenty of other places to get pizza for the hockey game!
One of the best pizzas and a consistently great value. Mostly great experiences with Dominoes
The store in Edmonton on 59A Street is terrible.
1. A bunch of delivery guys stood in front of the store with no social distancing.
2. I ordered thin crust and it got burned. I had to taste the bitterness.
3. They charge $1 for convince fee if you pay buy debit at your door. What business on earth charges customers $1 to use the debit machine? Domino.
Ref: Domion's Toronto ON Canada:
I am Domino's customer since many years with a registered account.
Recently - due to my feedback regarding poor pizza quality for last order - they emailed me a free pizza credit on my account associated phone number.
Today, I called Dominos to place an order for my younger one to introduce her to Domino's. Shockingly, Domino's simply denied to have any pizza credit on phone!!! Seriously, Dominos??!! Disappointed... Have you heard, it's very difficult to get a loyal customer, and very easy to loose a customer.
Of course, a pizza price is not of a big amount (less than even 20.00 may be?) but, felt cheated by Dominos Pizza. And, looking at all this, younger one then opted for her choice - Pizza Pizza.
Whether you order online or by phone , there is no mention of a two dollar debit machine charge. These thieves are making a killing just by that charge if you think of how many orders are filled everyday. The better business bureau of Ontario should look into these crooks.
