Order mark delivered by the delivery partner but the order still not delivered. Delivered partner was drunked and the store manager confirms for the refund but the refund not initiated and they are calling from their personal number as well and tell us contact them personaly

It has been more than 2 hours that I have been waiting for my damn order but nothing has been received. I tried to get in touch via app and chat and all the platforms to talk of you guys but no response. Finally i found a contact number of delivery guys and he said that he is on the way but nothing was received after one hour. Itried to get in touch with the same driver but he kept disconnected from the calls.
Now my family and I are sitting hungry because we were counting on you and you guys did not send my damn order. This is really ridiculous paying for the food and not receiving it and it did not happen the first time with me, last time the thing happened but that time I ignored but this time NOOOOOOO.
This was the last order by me.
