Watching the prep & cooking app etc, to see delivery progress, it seemed to take an age from item out for delivery and the item arriving. The pizza was if fact cold after the 3rd slice. Very disappoin... See more

It took 2 hours to get two simple pizzas. The app was terrible. The people in the shop terrible and the driver unbelievably bad.

AVOID!! Dominos-Morriston-Swansea
I ordered from dominos Morriston brand on Wednesday 26th August 2026, when I placed my order it said 21 minutes until delivery, after an hour of my food staying in prep on the tracker, I rang the store and was met with the rudest manager ever, he didn’t care about how long my food was taking, he told me it was so busy and my food would be another half an hour until it was delivered. After the rude exchange I put in a complaint via their website thinking it went to higher ups elsewhere. After an hour and a half waiting for my food, it arrived cold and was missing part of my order, I paid £40 for my food. To come an hour and a half later and to be missing stuff. I rang the store to complain & was again met with the rude manager who didn’t care that part of my order was missing, he got very rude when he brought up my complaint which I thought was pretty unacceptable and shouldn’t have gone to the store I was complaining about. The previous manager that worked there I didn’t have one issue with my food. Since this guy took over I won’t ever ever order again. I’ve made three official complaints and have been met with utter silence. Part of my order that was missing was the boneless chicken bites with chips which cost me £10.50 on its on and I got a £4 refund. I haven’t heard a thing from dominos about the utter disaster I experienced on Wednesday. That manager shouldn’t be working there. He was very abrupt with me on the phone and kept repeating he’s busy and that he wanted to discuss my complaint. I have never ever experienced such awful customer service before. I’ve been sent two codes to claim free pizzas but I will never ever use dominos again. The way that manager spoke to me and dealt with my issues was absolutely ridiculous! The fact I’ve had no response from Dominos in regards to this managers conduct speaks volumes. I will never use this company again. Avoid Dominos in Morriston, Swansea. Worst experience ever.
Cheese burnt to a crisp
Just the last straw from the Cranhill branch in Glasgow. Large pizza with cheese burnt to a crisp. Dry as a bone and as tough as a steak to chew on. Cheese, sweetcorn, ground beef, mushrooms. All I can taste is grease. Nope. Your last chance blown.
I have issues chewing and a classic crust pizza shouldn't be hard as a brick with black burnt cheese.
The last time I got a thin crust it was basically slop, so I though classic crust would be better.
I wish I could add a photo of this thing because it looks as bad as it tastes.
Llantwit dominos made my friend pizza…
Llantwit dominos made my friend pizza wrong and she really wanted that pizza and then they messed her whole pizza up which is really disappointing because when I order from there they never mess it up but she did a order to st athan and they did sad times dominos disappointed ☹️
Ordered from dominos in Redcar
Ordered from dominos in Redcar, it took ages to arrive and when it did finally turn up, not sure who had been eating the two portions of fries we ordered as a side, but there wasn't even enough in two boxes for one person. The fries were also cold. Very dissapointed in what I got for £33. Total Joke order. Domino's you should be disgusted with yourselves. Avoid at all costs. Terrible value for the amount it costs. We got barely anything for our money. 😡 zero stars
Recently made an order at the Hoylake…
Recently made an order at the Hoylake branch that was delivered to the wrong road. I have autism and struggle to communicate in phone calls, so I used the email address listed on their site. Obviously didn't expect an instant response. Got an automated message, then two days later an email saying they don't monitor the email address listed on their website (so maybe remove it?). Follow recommendation given in this email, fill out form, and now I get calls from them... I just don't think this is necessary, I gave enough information, and you'd hope they would store tracker coordinates for a bunch of reasons. (I can't attach it here, but the final state of the tracker showed it at a different road, and no pizza came so it seems pretty obvious what happened.)
Anyway, they robbed me of 28 quid so I'm not ordering from Domino's again full stop, not just this branch. Consumer's responsibility is to go nuclear in these events imo.
Now as for the food itself, when it does come, it's not the best Domino's about. I've seen drivers doing sojourns deep into West Kirby before they come back to deliver to places many times closer to the branch. One time they blatantly swapped the pepperoni for some vegan alternative that was so vile I couldn't eat it (funnily enough they refunded that one!). Sometimes the pizza will be fine, but too often it will be lukewarm. You'd be better off going to the Upton branch if at all possible. (I'd recommend a non-Domino's place in Hoylake, but there isn't really one afaik... there was a good Neapolitan pizza place but that shut down years ago. RIP)
Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Ilford Domino’s. My pizza was delivered with the dough missing from the middle, making it impossible to enjoy properly.
I contacted the main office to make a complaint and was told that someone from my local branch would get back to me. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. After waiting and getting nowhere, I eventually gave up.
The poor customer service was just as disappointing as the pizza itself. I expected better from Domino’s. Avoid if you expect good customer service when something goes wrong.
My grandchildren wanted pizza…
My grandchildren wanted pizza so we ordered from our local store - Aylesbury Jansel Square. While they enjoyed their pizzas, I thought mine, veggi supreme, was awful. Nothing like pizza should be. Soggy base. Very few veggies except onion. For a take away meal very poor value for money? What sort of profit margin does Dominoes make from this garbage?
Cold food & long delivery time.
Very unhappy with my order it took over an hour to arrive I paid a fortune for it, the tracker said on its way then it said quality check then it said on its way and the food arrived colder than normal I contacted support and got no response through 3 different emails and support channels it is ridiculous. I am not a happy customer whatsoever 1 star.
'APPY MONDAY'S PERFORMANCE
I used the app to order to collect a large pizza on 'Appy Mondays'... any size pizza for £8.99. I went for a Pepperoni Perfection. The app stated around 10 to 14 minutes from the order going through to collect... surprisingly accurate, and the pizza was ready. (I live close to the store) I am really happy, the pizza was perfect. It was hot, the staff were really nice, and my order went through no problem. 5 Stars this time for Stockport North Domino's.
Fast hot and tasty !
So annoyed
So annoyed. Just thought I’d try the pesto drizzle on my veggie pizza. It is disgusting. Ruined my pizza. Why is it sweet????? Usually I love pesto, but this tasted NOTHING like pesto. Just wasted money on an expensive, inedible bit of slop
No refund issued and lied to by staff…
No refund issued and lied to by staff along with diabolical customer service. Ordered a meal deal on the 14th august when it arrived i was given the wrong bottle of coke. I rang my local store in Clowne and made a complaint and was constantly talked over basically called a liar saying i was given the correct drink and kept saying the wrong address and put the phone down on me when i started to get really annoyed. I phoned back and then asked for a full refund as the pizza id received was appalling and would not have given it to a dog. it wasnt cooked enough and the toppings were just chucked all over it looked like it had been thrown around. I was then told id get a refund within 3-5 working days and guess what no refund issued! I called the store again on the 21st and once again the store manager had a major attitude problem. i asked where my refund was and was told he needed to speak to the person who was on shift that day when asked if he would call me back he basically gave me the don't give a crap attitude. Im the customer and i was lied to several times by staff here. I will keep complaining until i get my money back!!!

What’s happened to dominos ??? We ordered last night for the first time in ages - large meat feast, kickers, cheesy chips and cookies
Pizza - meat feast without the feast
Kickers - noticeably smaller
Cheesy chips - undercooked and came as one big pile of mush burnt round the edges - inedible
Cookies - noticeably smaller depicting a volcanic explosion on a piece of charred paper
Never again
great pizza cte crust was amazing
Domino’s Kinson Bournemouth
Domino’s has seriously gone downhill. The last few orders have repeatedly been missing ingredients, while the portions—particularly the potato wedges—have become noticeably smaller. For the price, the overall value and quality simply aren’t there anymore. This isn’t a one-off; it’s happened enough times that I’ve had enough. I’ll be boycotting Domino’s from this point onwards and giving Papa Johns a try for a change. When you’re paying premium prices for a takeaway, you expect the order to be correct and the portions and quality to justify the cost. At the moment, Domino’s isn’t delivering that. There needs to be much better quality control at franchise level.
