Food was cold when delivered from the Chigwell Dominoes
Food was cold when delivered from the Chigwell, outlet, called them up to complain, was told if I wanted a fresh one I would have to wait over an hour as they were busy. Not satisfied with the service.
Trebanog domino’s
I ordered a pizza from Trebanog domino’s and it was the best I have ever had from a domino’s. I have ordered in Pontypridd and when it arrived there was hardly any toppings on it 👎 Trebanog is definitely the one to go to. Cooked to perfection with toppings you could taste. Highly recommend. Thank you
Disgraceful customer service
BOWNESS ON WINDERMERE OUTLET
Ordered 2 pizzas online, I was kept updated on the app all the way to out for delivery. At this point it said out for delivery and the icon did not move for quite a while. When it did it went the opposite direction(this is OK as has happen before it went on another drop off first). That's when the app toldme ot had been delivered, I rang to enquire what was happening to be told almost immediately that it was 10 minutes away. Not sure how they knew this I had given then no details at all(I don't like been lied to) at this point i told them to cancel and I wanted a refund. I was told it had been processed and I would receive in a few days. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I received numerous emails saying area manager would contact me HA HA that was a joke as well.
First question at their employment interview must be, are you able and happy to lie your arse off to customers at every available opportunity.
You are a total disgrace

Burnt pizza and unusable compensation voucher
During the recent world cup we ordered a pizza to watch during a football match at home. It took over an hour to received the pizza (understandable as everyone was ordering take-aways) but one of our two pizzas was burnt and inedible. We sent an on-line complaint and Domino's sent a £15 voucher as an apology. We have just tried to use this voucher only to find it can only be applied to full priced items (who ever pays Domino's full prices as they are over-inflated and then off-set by the numerous deals they do?). So, to use the voucher we would have paid £30.98 for our order but using their current deals we paid £28. So absolutely no compensation whatsoever for an inedible pizza. I will think twice before giving Domino's my custom in future.
Do not ever eat or try
3 pepperoni pizzas £83.95. They were withought doubt the worst 3 pizzas I have ever had quality so poor there would be no score. About honey topping which was worse than eating a hot curry. Do not under any circumstances order or eat this low grade food.

Low quality on basic standards! Can’t go lower than that!
⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing
I ordered two pizzas from the Domino’s London Docklands branch (E14 8JA), and unfortunately, the quality of both was extremely poor.
There was barely any sauce on either pizza, and the ingredients seemed very low quality, especially considering that a pizza costs £20+. For that price, I think customers have every right to expect a decent, properly prepared pizza using reasonable-quality ingredients.
The overall service was equally disappointing. The impression I got was that there was very little care or attention given to the food being prepared or to the customer experience. I’ve ordered Domino’s before, but I have genuinely never received pizzas in this state.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I couldn’t find a straightforward way to leave a review directly on their website. Customers should be able to give honest feedback about the quality of the food and service they receive.
I’m not expecting the quality of a £50 pizza from a luxury restaurant in Monaco — I’m simply expecting a decent Domino’s pizza that justifies the £20+ price tag. Unfortunately, what I received was nowhere near an acceptable basic standard.
I’ve had similar disappointing experiences with Papa Johns recently, and I really think these large pizza chains need to pay more attention to how individual branches are being managed, how staff are trained, and most importantly, the consistency and quality of the food being served.
Very disappointing overall. After this experience, I honestly don’t see myself ordering from this branch again. When customers are paying premium takeaway prices, basic quality and care should not be too much to ask.

I ordered for the first time today for a party of 12 people all with different requirements. The experience from start to finish from the Rotherham Central shop was fantastic. Warm and welcoming staff at the shop who explained all of my options and helped me get the best deal. The food was hot, amazing and delivered exactly on time. Thank you so much.

I liked the pizza and chicken sides but charging £3.50 for delivery and then asking you to tip the driver is unbelievable
Double charged - shocking customer service
Writing this review to warn others of what happened to me. I ordered via the dominoes app 1 x pizza, 1 x garlic bread, 1 x cookies and 1 x Fanta. The app shows one order with quantity one for all items, and I received one order number and one confirmation. However, my card was charged twice within a minute of each other for the exact same value.
I placed one order, and only authorised one payment, yet when disputing this with customer service team they are refusing to accept that there must have been a technical issue with the app and stating I must have placed two identical orders within a minute of each other. Why would a customer intentionally place two separate orders for the exact same items within a minute of each other, rather than simply increasing the quantity on a single order.
The customer service I have recieved to resolve this issue is shocking, stating that as it was a technical issue and the team were too busy to realise they made two exact orders, they are unable to refund. I have had to now spend my time escalating this through my bank to resolve their issue of charging me twice.
Please double check your bank accounts after ordering via the app to ensure you have not been charged twice.
They never cut the pizza stupid dominos
Absolutely crazy company policy
In the local domino's pizza shop i asked for a gluten free veggie supreme without onions or mushrooms and he said ok. I said can you put pineapple instead and he said ok. He asked what size. I said small. He said we don't do gluten free in small. I hesitated and said I'll have medium. (I really wanted small.) He said you'll have to order it online. I said I'm here in the shop and you're telling me to order online? He said it's company policy!! I've never heard anything so ridiculous...ok I won't buy one at all, and walked out. My cooker is broken but I'd rather eat bread and cheese than buy anything from domino's pizzas.
All price no quality
Just overpriced dough basically !
Had better pizzas from Asda cheap section.
Really disappointing experience at…
Really disappointing experience at Domino’s #18042 on Keeamoku St. Ordered #2760 on 7/26/26 at 10:24 PM for pickup at 10:37 PM.
Waited 20+ minutes past the pickup time, and when I got the pizza it was already cold. The pepperoni, beef, and sausage also looked like they were just thrown on top after baking instead of cooked with the pizza. The taste and quality were way off.
Hope management looks into this. Not the Domino’s standard I’m used to.
Sheringham new opening
Ordered from the Sheringham branch as they have just opened and they didn't disappoint. Ordered two custom pizzas and one from the menu. Delivered within the time stated on the confirmation and the pizzas were perfect!! Will definitely be ordering again, we all throughly enjoyed our pizza.

Bunch of crooks. Ordered a meal deal. They forgot the 1.5L of coke. They told me they’d refund it. Of course the did not. Domino’s, Headingley, Leeds.
