Ordered a home delivery 2.days ago from your Tuam restaurant . There was a topping missing g of my order so I called the Tuam restaurant and was told by the girl in the phone that I get a 10€ voucher applied to my account. I called today to order with that voucher but the guy who took the call said no voucher is in my account
They cheat you don't trust them
Also the price on the app was 32€ and they wanted to charge me 44€. Oh and the guy who took the phone could barely speak English and was very unfriendly

I ordered a pizza through my account online to collect. I have previous identical orders and the price came up. When I collected the price was £3 more. I sent a message to Customer support and got a pretty immediate reply about how sorry etc and that I would be contacted within 5 working days. After about 10 days with no contact I sent a reminder. 18 days on and still not a word.
Not impressed.

Myself and my husband got a pizza half nd half. My half was suppose to be margerihta pizza yet it had no cheese on it. The cheesy garlic bread was not cooked like something wet mushy between the cheese and the base. I wouldn't feed it to a dog on the streets
41 euro is alot of money to spend on food you can't eat. Never again will I order dominos

Bexhill branch- Collection. Lovely Guy called Manut just serve me very fast efficient service less than 10mins I waited. Lovely pizza would recommend will return again soon ...

Dominoes rathnew great service and always so helpful especially Pedro the store manager very polite and welcoming really knows how to treat customers.

Just received our usual order. Very poor. My vegi supreme had very few veg on it. It was mainly a tomato pizza with a small scattering of veg. Mainly corn. This is my usual pizza.
We get it delivered from Dominos Dunmore rd., Waterford and the pizzas are hit and miss. They are rarely right. It seems to vary from day to day. Never know if it's going to be cold or overdone or just mean

Ordered pizza and sides and paid for delivery. Today. Got a phone call from the driver to come and meet him at reception to collect my food I told him I don't live in the reception and I paid for delivery. I live in a residential park home. He walk up to my home from the 300m away. He was rude and abrasive. Because of the delay of him walking to me the Pizza was cold. I complained to the St Austell site, the manager was not available. I'm 77yrs old with a disability and they wanted me to walk 300metres to collect my food that I paid delivery for. I have made a complaint to the CEO of Dominos. Won't buy from them again. They said they don't enter flats either. So for you old folk don't buy from them.

After seeing the mostly negative reviews on TRUST-PILOT, I find I am in the minority of having enjoyed my visits to my location in Hicksville, NY. My pies while not always correct in toppings, are an easy fix. Regardless of that, I have always gotten very good pizza, all topping, all crusts, and the way in which they cook the pie to be, in my opinion, quite good. Because we are outside of their delivery area, I just saw that UBER is now partnered with Domino’s to get deliveries in the areas that each neighboring Domino’s fall short of reaching all edges of the “farthest they will travel for a delivery.” It isn’t an issue for my husband to pick up, but he is in his 70’s now and his eyesight is not the best in the evening so we would rather to save his on the road during sundown to a minimum. Emergencies for the most part. The pie we enjoy the most is the XL16” New York Style Pizza crust, their robust sauce, cheese, and ham as our topping. We each have 2 slices and leaves us enough for the following dinner or at very least lunch. Our local shop has been owned and operated by the same man for years and he is nice to everyone who comes in. I will continue to frequent this stores location. I only took off for the several times I have received the wrong toppings.

Just ordered a Domino's pizza off the app, Tallaght, and I have to say it was shocking. Service wasn't delivered in a hot bag as normal. It looks like the driver just sat on it in the shop until he got to my home. I know you don't pay well, but have some class and make sure your staff have a uniform on or have some class about their food is getting expensive enough and delivery charges are getting higher, so show a bit of class next time my food comes, like the way it is getting sent back

Nachos had no chicken not worth the 5.99 and mac and cheese for 7.99 small portions for the price about 15 nachos

Second time - pizza burned/ dry and no taste. Last time wrote complaint, no answer, this time probably will be the last time. We ordered from Domino Lucan.

Got robbed by the delivery driver.Have been assaulted numerous times by delivery drivers at wilcrest store in Houston TX.Asked for my money back from corperate.No response after 2 weeks.Deleted my account.Hope they go to hell where they belong.I don't want the pizza you leave in my fridge in '97 glenn

Dominos Drogheda.So disappointed. Not just the taste of the pizza, but got a call that one of the ingredients is not available, and reimbursement for that, paid the same as with that. And on top of that delivery charges... 4.50... FFS. 2kms away. Will never order again.
