Items conditions were poor
Items conditions were poor, with bobbly bits and clicks on 2/4 of the items. Had the illusion this would be a full outfit, but feels like they were just pieces thrown together. Shipping was quick and effective and there was one item in there that I’d maybe wear, but overall, felt like someone just bundling there unwanted clothing.

Sorry to hear the sizing didn't meet your expectations. We always provide measurements for every item so the best way to see if it will fit or not is to compare those with a piece you already own.
Having said that we've worked very hard getting our sizing to be as accurate as possible due to the various different brands having their own size guide. Please send your pieces back and we will give you a full refund.

item was not how described or looked in the picture - the hat was for a child and was ripped in the back. sending back and asking for a refund. would not buy from company again.

Terrible selection
Terrible selection. I got a box box (sweat/hood + t shirt + trackpants + chain + ring) and I couldn’t bring myself to accept anything as good. I’ve used other companies that do mystery boxes and I’ve always had gems from them. I just didn’t expect the results to be so far from the selection that is advertised. I would happily take any item of clothing in the photos but it seems like this company has a really poor selection of clothes and advertises completely different things to what it sells

Everything was perfectly fine, except
Everything was perfectly fine, the only thing that bothered me was that I wasn't able to re-open my items once I was in the basket. Like once I checked out I couldn't open my items unless I looked for them in the shop again.

Bad Customer Service
I ordered a product that was shipped to the wrong address, and I sent a message on the website where you can reach out to customer service. I told them about the issue and how I needed them to adjust the address so that my package would arrive on time at the right location. They never changed the address mistake, and now I don't have my package. I reached out through the website again asking for a refund, and they haven't communicated back.

Check the pockets
The purchase was easy to make, the delivery charge reasonable and the delivery time very quick.
However, I was disgusted to find a used face mask in the pocket and a coin. Obviously not checked by the sellers
