Domo Direct Ltd 

Domo supplied and installed my kitchen last year in April ish and I was very impressed with their expertise and help from start to finish - including initial consultation, design, plan, implementation and after care. There were some niggles afterwards where I needed some rework done but Domo were able to sort this out in the end.

There is a sturdiness and durability feel to their kitchens which made me believe they were better value to Wickes, B&Q and Howdens.

Kitchen was installed to a very high standard apart from a ducting issue which was eventually sorted. Quality of the Hacker units and worktop are brilliant though and kitchen designed really well by Stephanie.

From our initial visit to the showroom through to installation the staff at Domo have been helpful and knowledgeable.
From only having a vague idea what we wanted we were expertly guided through options to make our final choices.
We are delighted with the final outcome. Both the worktops and glass splash back look great.
I would and have recommend Domo to friends.

The whole experience from buying, fitting and after sales care has been exceptional. The service and care taken by the fitters was second to none, especially with the quartz worktops. I would highly recommend Domo for your new kitchen as you won't be disappointed.

I do not usually write reviews, but I have chosen to do so on this occasion due to the exceptional service offered by Adam Huzzey and the team at Domo. I am incredibly wary of any salesperson after having been duped on a number of occasions into buying sub standard products at an inflated price. However, Adam is true to his word and approached my kitchen design with care, diligence and a great work ethic. He took time to understand exactly what I wanted and went to enormous lengths to get every detail right. Once we were happy with the design, the great experience moved onto the fitting. Most salespeople leave you alone once they have earned their commission but Adam went above and beyond and checked in on site every couple of days and discussed any snags and variations in design with us. The end product is amazing. Our friends young and old are incredibly impressed and were also amazed when I told them the price, truly excellent value. I can't recommend Domo enough. Thanks to Adam and the team.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I was looking to find some quality granite worktops cut to order and I can't be happier with the results. The staff obviously care about the quality they deliver as they showed me how to look after the worktops and give a fantastic aftercare package. A1++ company.

I was delighted with the comprehensive service provided to myself from the Domo team. I felt the team were excellent in every aspect from guiding me to pick the most appropriate work surface through to the kitchen appliances which were of the highest standard.

I would recommend anyone to Domo Direct that wishes to have the highest standard of kitchen work tops and appliances installed in their kitchen and would certainly recommend Domo to anyone who has the requirement for a new kitchen installation.

We recently purchased our kitchen from Domo Direct.
We were referred to Domo by one of our friends, who had their kitchen installed by Domo the previous year.
Right from the moment we walked in the door, the service was outstanding. We cannot praise the staff there enough and the advice and support that they gave us helped us make better decisions and choices.
We were kept informed every step through the process and the communication was excellent.
Stephanie and Maria in the kitchen department were a great help, but the undoubted stars of the company were the stone department. When we had chosen our stone worktop, they gave us great advice, helped us look for alternatives once we had decided to change our colour scheme and seemed to clearly know and love what they do, so a big thank you to Adam and Craig. Professionalism at its best.
We finished off our project knowing we had chosen the best people to assist us and Domo were the right choice, from the minute we first walked in until the project was finally completed.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our new kitchen. Domo have been totally professional from beginning to end. Steph had some great design ideas for our kitchen and always paid close attention to our needs and tastes. The kitchen was fitted flawlessly and the after-sales service has been exceptional. I would totally recommend the Domo team.

Delighted to tell others about our fantastic kitchen from Stephanie at Domo. As a kitchen novice, I really didn't know what I wanted, but she steered us in the right direction at every turn. A sceptical friend of mine (excellent cook) warned me about x, y, z.... and I was quite nervous to see her reaction. She branded it "a kitchen to die for..." It's absolutely gorgeous to look at, and very, very practical. Even with a special area designed for our cats! I can't praise Steph highly enough. My husband and I have been undergoing major renovation work on our property which have lasted more than 6 months. We always knew we were going to get a German kitchen, we just had to find the right one at the right price. After hours and hours of research on the internet and visiting kitchen showrooms every weekend, we came across Domo. They are a fantastic company. Stephanie, the lead kitchen designer is great, she is honest, fair and uncompromising on quality. We bought the HACKER Classic kitchen with Matt Carrara quartz worktop. She held our hands all throughout the process and was very flexible when we had to move our fitting date 3 times due to the builders not being ready. Subsequently we have also bought our kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and utility room floor tiles from them, in addition granite stone for our fireplace. They are so competitive on pricing, there was no need to look elsewhere. Huge thanks to all at Domo, including Stephanie, Matt the kitchen fitter (efficient, clean and a pleasure to talk to), Maria and Craig (for helping us source the tiles and granite stone). Great job!

Adam and his colleagues were incredibly helpful and flexible during the templating and installation of our quartz worktop. And all at a better price than even IKEA!
We had to rebook 4 times due to delays by our builder in completing the kitchen and Adam was most helpful doing his best to find us slots.
The templating and install team were expert and helpful and the finished job is stunning. We are over the moon.

We used Domo Direct for the quartz work surface in our newly refurbished kitchen. We went into the show room and received honest and helpful advice. Once we'd made a decision the company remained in touch and got us short notice visit to measure. A couple of weeks later we had the perfect immaculately fitting stone fitted. All round a great and painless experience. All the staff we encountered were knowledgable and friendly. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family.

After some extensive research , we opted for a Hacker kitchen through Domo Direct and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Stephanie was an absolutely pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process (which lasted just under a year). Her insight and helpful ideas prompted us to use Hacker units for our utility room as well resulting in a streamlined and minimalistic look throughout. Our polar white units coupled with a Blanco Zeus Silestone quartz worktop (which we also sourced through Domo Direct – thanks Adam!) look truly stunning. All in all extremely pleased with not only the hands on service provided by Stephanie and Domo Direct but also the price paid (especially compared to London based designers/suppliers). I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends

My new worktops have just been fitted. I am really pleased with the result - they look amazing. Domo staff are friendly and very efficient and went out of their way to arrange things to our satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Domo to anyone.

We have recently renovated our house and checked out a few kitchen companies during the process to get the best deal. In doing so we came across DOMO and found their range had more choice of colours, heights of cabinets and worktops than the other companies we were talking to. The members of staff we dealt with were all super helpful. I made a mistake on the order and they rectified it painlessly. Great experience throughout my dealings with Domo - from the design phase through to fitting our kitchen. Any minor niggles have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Good honest advice, nothing too much trouble from start to finish, one piece (splashback) was damaged during instalation but was replaced within a week. Would not hesitate to recommend and would use again. Thanks
