Bought from them twice thru Wowcher ( didn’t realise) absolute tat- nothing like the description or photo- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. First was a crossover style jumper : l received a cheap cotton T-shirt, 2nd time was a linen blouse; l received a square polyester printer t shirt. Just awful. Shame on Wowcher for not doing quality control on their advertisers/suppliers

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! Very poor !!’ Ordered a hammock from Wowcher one part was faulty on arrival. Contacted customer service to be told o must have put it together wrong, after many emails they sent me another part which didn’t fit, I was then asked if I could fix it with wire cutters !!!!! Still ongoing they are apparently sending me another part that they have tested so we shall see. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!

Sent for a baby tummy water mat for baby. This is a very cheap version and although sufficient postage was paid for a decent postal delivery the item arrived in poor condition screwed up in plastic bags. No instruction or warning information included..when complained was told it was for ease of posting, exceptionally poor business acumen. Should be removed from wowcher and shameful for advertising such cheap chinese tat on a supposedly respectable site..These people are making money from people for P&P when it obviously is not as much as they charge.

After I purchased my top from wowcher, the size didn’t fit, and they got back to me very quick and sent me the next size with 8days! The top fits me perfect ! Thank you ! :)))))

Worst company to deal with, cheap quality poor product and faulty expected me to pay the postage to return.

Bought their 2 pack of blue washable facemasks for my son and of all the facemasks i have purchased i consider these the best.
I was so impressed that i purchased 2 red ones for myself.

I bought shower head from wowcher, the parcel arrived on time but unfortunately it was damaged during tranit, we contacted their customer service team and they got back to us promptly. We are satisfied by the attention and how quickly they acted, we received a replacement within a week! thank you! :)

I ordered a casual dress from Domo Secret via Wowcher. After paying postage I received a limp, poorly made, baggy item that is only fit for the bin or use as a duster.
It looks like I will have to weigh up the return postage via the duster!
Shame on you Wowcher for advertising dodgy traders who do not overtly display the goods are made in China. Do not touch this company with a barge pole!

Ordered a top for my wife, it looked like a fabric in the illustrated items, ordered size 14 got an XXL when it turned up it was massive, and poor quality material, ended up giving it to charity shop, would not recommend this Chinese made company items at all.
In future unless it has Trustpilot rating will not buy.

Bought a wireless doorbell which eventually was delivered but stopped working a few weeks later.
Customer service kept asking me to upload a video of the issue but their upload site doesnt accept video files.
Going back through GoGroopie now.

They are fraud. They just take your money. After you purchase something from them they separately send you email to pay delivery charge. So when you are not happy with the item you have to pay another delivery charge to return the item to them so they never refund you. There is not any contact number only silly email which take ages to reply. It is just a scheme to make money.

I bought a blouse, it came, what a load of rubbish, there was no paperwork to return, so I done no other than throw it in the bin. Garbage quality, and nothing like the picture. Well you live and learn, I will buy from reputable companies from now on. Domo Secret, your selling utter rubbish. If I had the option, I wouldn't have give you 1 star. DREADFUL

It gets 1 star only because I can’t give none. I waited for ages to get my robot Hoover only for it not to work and then company says I have to pay postage to return a product that never worked and if it’s in good condition I may get refund. It wasn’t in good condition when I got it

I’m very upset because you didn’t respect your costumers, I paid for my goods, for delivery, I waited, waited but no answer. This site is only to take away money by people and don’t send the orders?

I've been waiting and waiting for my order,which is taking weeks to arrive.When questioned they said the colour was out of stock,and would another colour be ok.Even after saying yes,I'm still awaiting delivery.Im starting to doubt that this company is bona fida at all.

I ORDERED SOMETHING ON WOWCHER FOR 4.99£ AND AFTER THEY REALISED THAT THE PRICE WAS TOO LOW, THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND SAYING “ WE don’t have the right item” then I went to WOCHER AGAIN AND.....WUALAAA THE SAME ITEM BUT 9.99£ hahahahaha haha SUCH A RIDICULOUS WAY TO WORK.

PS they are selling the foldable shopping bag in WOWCHER for 9.99£ now. Still a lot, BUT IF SOMEONE WANT TO BUY, USE WOWCHER, ON THE SITE OF DOMO SECRET IS 29.99£ hahahahaha EVEN WORSE

As always 1 star so I can leave review, absolutely shocking company. Wowcher and other companies are taking money from people and not receiving their item. I just got a reply from a company who said that the item I ordered was out of stock and would refund me through wowcher, well guess what this company that is out of stock is still selling the item via wowcher at a higher price than I paid selling 116 in the last 24 hours, how is this possible if I ordered a month ago!!! Note this is the second time this has happened to me in the last month needless to say I will be taking this further now. If wowcher and these big firms are in cahoots so that people have no option but to buy crap they don’t need to use credit given then they should be shut down!!! So wowcher, who got the plan and Domo Secret I have proof, screenshots of you still selling the items I ordered absolute joke and trading standards here I come!!!
