The Danish legal system is illegal sausage factories

The Danish legal system and Courts are pure sausage factories, where legal certainty is replaced by political attitudes, and where decisions are made on the basis of feelings from Judges and div. politically elected lay judges who here try, outside law and order, to calibrate society in their emotionally charged political image. Deadly scandalous sentences are handed down completely without evidence of any kind, and the legal security of the accused is illegally trampled underfoot in a lawless judiciary. Nothing beeing said in the cortrooms is recorded and only what the judge and the prosecutor find interesting as a basis for a sentencing in the case is being written down as evidence for the hearing in the courtrooms. As an additional disgrace is the accused prevented from leading witnesses in favor of the accused all in complete conflict with the human rights convention article 6./ 2. og d. which Denmark is a co-signer of and completely in spite of that not complying with. Under such illegal conditions, the courts are free to judge anyone for anything completely in line with the worst undemocratic rogue states we in Denmark hear so much about and no one will be compared to.
In such an embarrassing both the police and the judiciary are no one in safety and no lawyer how skilled he or she may be or how much it costs can save one.
Without a credible, just and credible police and judiciary, the Danes have no rule of law and thus no society.
