The product (Hisense Kitchenfit American Fridge) was sold at the right price, with useful, accurate information pre-sale. It arrived early on a pallet, the delivery company failing to tell us it was coming! Luckily neighbours rallied to help us get the very large, very heavy and well-packaged item in. Now it's in place it looks great and holds plenty. Super quiet too.

I am very disappointed with my overall experience ordering a Staub cast iron cookware set from Donaghy Bros.
To this day, nobody has explained why my original order was returned instead of being delivered. The delivery also did not take place within the promised timeframe, which caused me additional financial losses. Unfortunately, I was not offered any compensation for these extra costs.
Communication throughout the process was slow, insufficient, and lacked transparency. I often had to chase for updates instead of being kept informed proactively.
I would, however, like to thank Lucinda. She was very helpful, professional, and courteous throughout our communication. She did her best to assist me, and I truly appreciate her efforts.
Unfortunately, despite Lucinda’s excellent customer service, the overall handling of my order fell well below my expectations, especially considering the value of the purchase. I hope Donaghy Bros will improve its communication and customer support so that other customers do not experience the same experience.
