Very helpful customer support
Very helpful customer support. I overlooked the remote for operating the Dyson blade fan and "complained" that it was missing. Customer service were extremely apologetic and arranged for a replacement. Whilst repackaging the original unit for return I found the remote!!

Delivery was not dispatched and after waiting a few days I phoned up and issue was addressed straightaway. Result was 13 days between order and delivery which affected our kitchen schedule. So negative review for delay, positive for addressing it when I phoned.
