Good, not yet great. While my 'doer' JC has an excellent attitude, is responsible, and can be creative, I've spent too much time during month one, assessing his skills, training on media tools, and fostering his creativity due to his lack of experience. OD needs to provide more customized training after the first 2-3 weeks to make 'doer' skills more efficient.

RUN! This was a total scam. I lost $8,000 and wasted tons of time on super low quality, undertrained, AI produced crap in addition to getting zero help and BAD communication from the company. I'm actually upset at the person who recommended them, turns out they use a lot of shady companies. Very expensive lesson, learn from my mistake!

Worst way to spend your time and money. I went through 4 Doers in 3 months. 1st one called in sick over 4-5 times within a couple weeks. Requested a new doer, waited over a week for the start date, and she did absolutely nothing on her first day. The 3rd one took another week, and didn't show up on her first day. Finally got my last doer, and he was okay- needed a ton of training so I just had my in-house assistant direct him.
It's impossible to get someone on the phone, and need to schedule 2-3 days in advance for a customer service call. If you miss it, you have to wait another 2-3 days. Time is money! 2 months behind schedule now on my projects. I definitely don't recommend this service to anyone!

We jumped on board with Outsourced Doers and have been working our Doer, Abigail, for the past 6 months. I can't say enough good things about Abigail. She has helped our marketing initiatives way beyond our expectations. We rely heavily on her for all of our Social Media planning, creation and scheduling. Abigail is also great with design and produces high quality work. She can create everything we need to accomplish our marketing tasks, has great ideas and is incredibly self-motivated. Our communication has been very thorough and her feedback is consistent.
We really didn't know what to expect when we started, we have already had a few failed attempts to fill this role at our company and Abigail has shown up as someone we can not only trust but has become a really valuable member of the team.
Now, regards the Outsourced Doers program itself. It was initially a lot for our Founder to make time for. There is a time investment before getting started with a Doer and if you are not used to digital platforms for training purposes etc. that can be intimidating. There were a few areas that were confusing, and between going on the platform to go through the steps, to needing to go to a Facebook group to communicate or get answers from coaches to questions we had we felt that part of the Founder communication could use some streamlining.
I understand the need for the requirements to get the best out of the relationship once the Doer starts working, and it 100% pays off in the end, but that initial start up phase was a bit of a challenge.
