I bought a profile from them in December.
For organizational reasons I only used it until mid-January, and then I stopped.

In April I wanted to resume using it, but I had been logged out. I contacted support who replied that "The owner of the profile" had changed the password and that, since I hadn't used it since January, I didn't "have to fuss".

Also I was told that the 14 day warranty had expired. I pointed out to them that the guarantee (according to their TOS) concerned the case in which the account was rendered unusable by factors not attributable to them, such as the Facebook ban.

In this case, however, their supplier took back something that they sold to me: it is absolutely their responsibility.

So I asked them, as proof of good faith, to give me a small discount in the form of a coupon for a higher priced purchase, but they refused.

Stay away from dont.farm: at least on entry-level expenses they are commercially incorrect and are not reliable partners for a sustainable business.

We paid them $1000 for 5 accounts. They were supposed to have unlimited replacement. Well every account that we tried to launch, got disabled on billing input. So no account ever went live. So that you will never even be able to have 5 accounts live. They just say 5, but you will really only have 1 at a time. Wasting your resources. They don't care. Their accounts are stolen and total trash. The emails they use for it are also either fake or stolen. Like I said already, do not waste your time or money.
Sure, they will respond trying to act like they are not to blame. Well exactly. They will take zero blame and zero responsibility. Terrible company. Don’t expect anything good to come from working with them.
