A bit of a disaster, this. My 14 year old ordered some glasses through the website a month ago and received an immediate order confirmation. That was a good start but we then heard nothing at all for a month. No glasses, no explanation, no replies to our emails at all. A dreadful shopping experience for a young person and she felt really cheated. After a month I got a nice response from someone who let me know they’re a small company and have now dispatched the glasses. I’m pleased but the impressive web design isn’t supported by customer service.
