I ordered a Cricut machine and supplies from this company on June 5th, but it never arrived. The customer service team was unresponsive, only answering one email stating that the item was out of stock and would arrive soon. However, there has been no communication since then. I requested to cancel my order, but received no reply or confirmation from customer service. This has been a complete disaster for me as a small business owner.

I am extremely frustrated with this company's lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers. I have now involved my lawyer in the hopes of recovering my money somehow. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company unless you want to be ripped off.

I would give a zero but I can’t. I ordered Cricut machine and accessories on the 16th of June 2023 and today on the 4th of august I still haven’t received it. They only inserted once to my mail telling me it would be shipped as soon as available and never answered again. I am phoning daily and sending messages on WhatsApp but nobody is answering. A total scam!!!!!

I've been waiting for two months for my yarn to arrive. They don't have the stock and never shipped the order. They almost never respond to emails, and when they do, it's seems like a copy paste email the send other hundreds or thousands customers. Absolutely terrible company.

I've asked multiples times for a refund and they just won't answer. They are refusing to give back my money. This seems like a scam company.

I'm filing a complaint in the European Customers Court.

The worst experience ever, I orde a machine on 18 june, today I’m still waiting for my refund, and guess what? Nobody answers the phone or something

Bought a product from their online store but never arrived. They notified of an inventory issue and when trying to contact them to get an update never replied to any messages either over email, whatsapp or calls. For some time they even had an automated message saying they were doing inventory and were unable to support any customers. I thought it was a serious store but so far it's been disappointing and still haven't gotten any answers.

I ordered yarn on 27.05.2023, and I'm still waiting to ship the order.
I tried contacting support and getting a refund, but they have not already replied for over a week.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never purchase again from this shop. And not recommend purchasing from them. Because you will never get your order and money.

The folks in Milan were wonderful, they went to great efforts to ensure my package arrived before Christmas. They were easy to reach over the phone and very friendly and helpful.
