I ordered a product
I ordered a product, paid for it, and it is still not delivered. I sent an email to the staff and it took a lot of time for response and 2-3 mails. At some point they made a reclamation for the courier firm. I said I want the package to be delivered back to Slovacia and I want the money back. I do not know what happened, but they said the wait for delivery. What will happen if nobody delivers the package? Nobody gave an answer.
Ordered a toothbrush, received sardines
I ordered an annual pack (toothbrush and toothbrush heads for a whole year) at the end of October. Towards the end of November, whilst on holiday I received a notification that a parcel from Portugal was delivered by RoyalMail, which led me to believe it must be this package.
On arrival home, it was a parcel full of sardines and a letter written by a woman to her dad. It's clear to me that there must have been a label mess up. I reached out to Doop in three ways. First via email, but I keep receiving delivery failure messages from outlook. Next I used Facebook and Instagram, but these platforms don't appear to be used. I have no idea what to do next.
As it stands I don't have my delivery, but I have tonnes of canned sardines and a letter that I didn't ask for. I can only imagine a dad somewhere being surprised by why his daughter sent him a toothbrush.

I paid for the toothbrush 3 weeks ago and contacted doop twice by email and haven't heard back from them.

Best Toothbrush Experience Ever
Clever and well designed with bristles that are firm but soft making my teeth feel so clean and fresh! Super easy to pop the new head in and I am delighted to know that there will be fewer toothbrushes in the trash because of doop toothbrushes! Run and order one now-you will be so glad you did!

I am generally pleased with the product…
I am generally pleased with the product and the thought that it's made from recycled materials but a few issues have arisen. The first is that both my wife and I are utilizing the toothbrushes and the only way to tell them apart, other than the fact that I have worn through the bristles on mine faster than she has, is that I have put a strip of tape around the base of mine. Perhaps a color variance or some designer sticker or marking could be added. Also my wife states that she would prefer and is used to a smaller head but I wasn't sure if the pop off bristle design would work with a petite head; something to consider down the road. My main limitation to the product is something I anticipated and requested from the beginning, I'm used to firm bristles even though my dental hygienist would be happier if I used soft ones. I blew through the Doop bristles in less than two weeks and they are generally still functional but I'm really using the base of them against the actual toothbrush head to get any cleaning or gum massaging ability. Please consider developing a firm set of bristles. I'm glad your group exists and look forward to upgrades in the future. Thanks.

Stylish and environmentally friendly.
I really like the ethos of the brand so I'm happy to say that the product exceeded my expectations. The toothbrush has a minimalist, contemporary design but it isn't a case of style over substance. The matte black brush has a lightly textured finish which makes it easy to grip when wet and the heads are easy to pop on or off. The bristles are medium firm and clean my teeth well. Made from recycled plastic, and being recyclable, it is more environmentally friendly than some other toothbrushes, saving plastic from being sent to landfill. It looks stylish in my bathroom and I've had so many comments on it from friends and family visiting my home.

Bye bye, traditional toothbrushes.
Overall, I find this to be a great product. The environmental performance is clearly superior to the competition at a pretty good value for money, and I appreciate Doop's commitment to transparency by providing the LCA report to requesters. I can safely say I won't be going back to traditional toothbrushes.
Where there's room for improvement (from a customer's POV):
- Some way of differentiating individual toothbrushes. I share my bathroom with other Doop users and, despite the effort, "accidents" have happened. I understand that the black color is not an arbitrary choice, so perhaps there could be other ways to achieve this.
- The toothbrush's head is slightly more rugged than traditional ones. Initially, I would find this weird on the tongue, but now I have grown accustomed to it. This was only a minor issue for me, but (fortunately for you guys) nothing else pops up on my mind to complain about ;)
I hope Doop only keeps improving as a brand, and that it makes a meaningful impact!

Bumpy road to a good finish
Even though it took a while to receive the product, I am sure it’s not Doop’s fault rather just international mailing issues because of Covid. When I received the package it was in very bad condition and already opened, missing some items. I guess it’s because they use paper packaging which is good for the environment but a downside is that it’s easily destroyable.
I reached out to them regarding this problem and they response arrived less than 24h later promising me a new package. Super kind and helpful service, I really do appreciate them looking into it and offering a replacement for the lost products. I can 100% recommend because it’s good for our environment and also I happily support small businesses like this who are trying to help our Earth. :)

Better options on the market
Better options on the market. There are products that have replaceable heads that use no plastic and the bristles and heads are 100% compostable. This misses the mark because you're still using plastic and still creating waste. Looks cool tho.

I recommend that you give it a try
The brushes are soft which is what I wanted. I immediately purchased replacement heads so that I have them for a whole year. Price is affordable, quality is good. Overall very good product. The only con is shipping which took a month to arrive. But it was free so can't complain much.

Very good
We had a problem with shipping, but Doop reacted fast and sent me two toothbrushes instead of one!

Clean teeth, doop them ✅
Having been a backer for this brand I can wholeheartedly say that doop delivered exactly what they said they would and it's as perfect as it sounded on the tin. A reusable body with easily interchangeable, replaceable heads. I absolutely love my doop toothbrush and am so proud to have been one of the backers in its campaign! My tooth have never been cleaner (environmentally friendly too!). Ordering new heads seems to be a straight forward thing to, although I haven't needed to yet as I got a few with my handle! Thanks again doop, u da best x

Ticks all the boxes, I'm settled
I love this toothbrush! After many months (years!?) looking for the perfect toothbrush, it has finally been invented :D it ticks all my boxes, which are:
- sustainability
- function
- practicality
I've been through the whole bamboo toothbrush journey and as much as I wanted to love it and settle they just never nailed the function aspect (light bristles, too sparse, basic design = not good enough for my teeth) + most of them have bristles that are not recyclable + you're still shipping and throwing away an entire brush); electric toothbrush are great for function but a pain to travel with, they need either a power supply or batteries and with the plastic etc its OMG the pollution factor is sky high!!! Hence me loving DOOP :) keep it up guys, you've earned yourself a fan for life!

First time backing anything and super…
First time backing anything and super happy I did! Excellent product, was worried the bristles might be too hard as there were no options. im a hard brushed so my dentist wants me to use soft, and these are perfect.
Only suggestion is to maybe have diff colors? Coz atm I'm the only one who uses it now but if the wife wants one too then we'll have to separate them just so we can tell them apart.
Other than that, it's an excellent, well-considered product. Well done!

Friendly service, amazing product
I received the toothbrush yesterday evening, after a couple of weeks since I ordered it.
I needed to talk to the company, and they were very quick to answer me and extremely kind.
Some companies need to be inspired by this way to relate to customers!
