As stated by others, this is a scam. I paid through their ordering process, then no delivery, one response to an email, now bouncebacks from all email addresses and contact routes. Do not use them!

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely a scam spent £30 on door springs 3 months ago,haven’t arrived and no reply when I’ve emailed multiple times how people get away with this I don’t know

Same story as every other review on here. Definitely a scam. I have tried contacting by email and I use read receipts so I can see the emails being opened and read yet no response.
If you are reading these reviews you've probably been ripped off like the rest of us.

Looking through the past reviews it appears this is a dud company that takes your money and doesn't provide the goods. Contacted on a number of occasions with no response and have started the process of informing card provider there is an issue with the transaction. It may cost a bit more with a reputable retailer but at least you won't be paying twice when this company doesn't deliver. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE !!! people like these should be taken down & prosecuted. Ordered springs to replace broken ones, they took the money & send what looks very good but i have not received anything only c a receipt of order thankfully i only lost a few ponds but wasted time which to me is precious

Just like most of the previous reviews, I ordered, paid and received nothing after the initial order confirmation.
After a couple of weeks I contacted Lee Stephenson who emailed straight back saying he would immediately sort. He didn't.
A couple more weeks later I emailed again and then again but he has stopped replying. The only phone number I could find (0333 011 6620) is disconnected. I have applied to the bank for a chargeback and reported the business to Action Fraud. If you have had the same experience you should also do so.
If you are inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt I suggest you check out the lack of substance, live phone number, and real address (the one on their website is a service address). The website is devoid of the required business details.
If you are still unsure, buying from this business is the same as giving your money to a stranger in the street and then trying to find him again two weeks later when he hasn't delivered.

As with other reviews, this website is clearly a SCAM - money paid & invoice emailed out, but the goods have never been dispatched, emails are ignored.

I guess it now will take me taking them to court to recover my loss and the court costs from them.

This company is a scam. All seems legit when they email on setting up an account and on placing order. Their phone number “isn’t working” and their address isn’t a physical place. I never received my order and they never replied. Please please if reading this follow your banks refund process so it is logged and they get shut down, even if it’s only for a small amount else if you don’t as far as the regulators are concerned, the scam NEVER HAPPENED so move people will fall victim to them!!

Beware! This is a scam! Like many people on here I wished I read the reviews first, but the order was for such a paltry amount (£3.80), I just jumped in and ordered (and paid), I received one confirmation email immediately, but that's been it, no goods, and no further communication despite sending 3 emails.

Like others, I placed an order and waited - chased up a couple of times through the website and by email. I should have done my research but it was a very small order, so I haven't lost a lot and will be more careful in future. A shame that the trading standards service has been so hollowed out in the last decade or so that there's no-one to deal with scammers like this.

Oh dear if you're reading this you have probably been scammed or are about to if you proceed with your order.......goods ordered do not arrive and website is now down.

Under no circumstances should you buy anything from these people. I placed an order in early June, chased them twice in late June and early July to get an estimated delivery date. Both my emails were ignored.
They have no cancellation policy in their t&c’s and as a result of advice I received from Trading Standards I emailed them back demanding that my order was cancelled and a refund issued as per The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Oddly enough 13 minutes after sending this email I received a response confirming the order was cancelled and a refund issued.

Ordered a spindle sleeve over a month ago. Nothing delivered. No response after chasing twice. Looking at other reviews this is a scam site.

Don't bother, ordered at begining of June and never received it yet, nor a reply to my 3 emails asking for an update

like everyone else, I appear to be on losing end, only a small order but it all adds up. will attempt charge back proceedings. won't hold breath

Should have read the reviews here first!! Having the same trouble as others. No communication and no product delivered. Scam operation, clearly.
Will be reporting to Trading Standards
