Do not touch this company. I ordered from it in November 2020 but have still not received the item and have received no response to email complaints.

Dodgy company - no goods and no contact. Looks like a scam to me. Now asking credit card company for a chargeback to get my money back.

This is theft. No order received and the phone number doesn't exist.

Goods not received. Emails not returned. Theft in it's purest form, don't go near them!

Wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing 5 door handles from the website. Placed on website. 02/01/2020 - Contacted them on 08/01/2020 they promised the goods would be with me in 5 days. Goods didn't arrive. Contacted them again, asked me to call back. Did so and then told they would email me an update. Guess what - no email. Phoned again fobbed off again. Now taking it up with Credit Card company to get my money back.

A few months ago I driv my daughter to Handles plus East Tamaki for a job interview for an office juniors position .We were up til late the night before talking about this position and she was so excited after what appeared to be a positive interview .So we waited for a phone call and waited and waited .anot even a phone call to say sorry but the positions been filled good luck.
Having owned and run businesses with 150 plus employees before early retirement I have never ever come across a business like this shocking .Your strength in business are your staff .This experience tells me heaps about this company it won’t be around long

Also trades as Capital Hardware but beware any trader offering ironmongery etc from 95 Askew Road W12 9AS. They take the order, charge it to your credit card, and don't supply the goods. Very difficult to get hold of them by phone and email but if you do manage it I found they give you the run around. Still no goods and no refund after 6 chases. Now with the credit card company to resolve.

I ordered some draw pulls from this company and they accepted the order and took payment. After almost 2 weeks i tried to make contact. I sent emails, one of the accounts just bounces back and the other i think got through but i never had a response. I tried several times but not once did they acknowledge my email. The main number on the website doesn't work so you have to use the 0208 7497234 number. If you are very lucky they might actually answer. They advised the parts were discontinued and cancelled the order and said they would refund my money. I have now phoned on 4 occasions and been told they will refund my money but still i have yet to see it!! It has now been weeks!!!
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE GOODS.

BEWARE - they went into liquidation in Dec 2017 but are still happy to take your money and there are no warnings on their website. The website should be shut down!!!

BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! They will take your money and never send the goods. When you contact them, they will tell you its in the mail. Oh, its been lost, we will send it to you again. We will send you the UPS tracking number in a separate email - because I cannot tell you it over the phone. Oh course you never get the UPS number.

And you will never get your order or your money back.

Absolute shambles, take order for goods that they advertise in stock when not. After three weeks of telephone calls and emails ( which they dont reply to) and cancelling my order I finally got a refund. My advice, stay clear unless you want problems.

I have placed an order 4 weeks ago and after waiting for 2 weeks I have contacted the company with the request to update. I was told that items have been sent, but never arrived after another week. Sent number of email but no reply. Have canceled my order now and requested a refund.
After reading other feedbacks may end up talking to the trading agency. Will update this page again depending result.

Avoid like the plague,take your money and never send on the goods

The worst company I have ever dealt with.....ordered door handles on 17th august 2017......paid 283.13 over phone on card....did not hear anything for a week....rang the company...they.sounded totally unprofessional .....and I then read these reviews on trust pilot.....which are about as bad as they get !!.........so I cancelled the order but have received no refund !!
I agree with everything that people say...totally unprofessional a rogue operater who intends to keep your money and provide no service to the customer....this is based on my personal experience only...

I decided to ask bank to attempt to get my money back via their debit card fraud team / chargeback team and today,the 12th January 2018,i have finally received a refund via the bank.......NOT BY DOOR HANDLES PLUS
My advice would be......NEVER NEVER use this company.You will really regret ....My advice has to be to use a credit card as you have so much more financial protection than a debit card

Bought product 12th oct, got it 27th & returned 28th oct cos not what i ordered, finally after 3weeks of sending emails and phone calls, i get my refund after threatening with legal action etc, would steer clear of this outfit, very poor all round. Not refunded p & p though of £4.40 signed for.

Ordered item on 12 th September 2017 had confirmation email and heard nothing else. Called and was told out of stock but in in few days. Still heard nothing. They took more then they cost on them website. hope I would be able to cancell my transaction

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Placed order and one week later they are not answering emails or telephone regarding the order and they have not shipped it yet. They took payment immediately too.

Contacting credit card company to dispute the transaction now.
