good service but had to pick up at would hsave been 65 pound delivery for a single window

Ordered on a Saturday was delivered on the Tuesday, paid cash on delivery, they put it where I needed it to be and also checked that it fitted where I was planning having a door put. Friendly. Waiting for the door to be fitted so can’t comment on the opening and closing but can’t see that being a problem as it’s a brand new door and fittings. Felt it was a good price and delivery was reasonable price to. Would definitely recommend and deal with again.

Turned up exactly when they said and in perfect condition, customer service was brilliant, will be using again!

Purchased a composite door from these, the door is perfect and they couldn't do enough to help. Very responsive to questions and delivered when stated. Will defo recommend and will be using again. Thanks guys.

Bought a composite door recently, the gaffer of the company who i was dealing with was very helpful from start to finish. Once i picked a door that would fit my rear door opening it was delivered very quickly, very pleased with the door, the door and frame is made to a high standard and excellent quality. After an initial glitch the service was superb. Got me what I needed, where I needed it, when I needed it. I think you can judge a business by how it reacts when something goes wrong initially and in this case it was excellent. And a great product at a very decent price. Thanks.

What can I say. Great price for a new front door leaving all the online suppliers at the starting block with their so called competitive online prices. On top of that the fitting guys were quick, clean, informative, and completed the job in half the time my next door who had his done from another supplier. And they had to come back as they fitted the wrong locks.

Bob sorted everything out, waded through his stock, found an appropriate door that fitted my perameters and put it on a delivery truck that same day!
The window was in perfect condition with all attachments needed and arrived the next day!

Doors4u contacted me when I ordered a door from them online which was no longer available. They were very helpful in directing me towards similar doors and contacted me when new stock came in. This was very useful as I found one that was perfect. It was delivered very quickly and efficiently. I have a lovely new door for half the price it would have cost. When I had a query during fitting it was answered quickly too so thanks for some great customer service!

Bob couldn’t have been more helpful and he communicated with us really well.
He checked the measurement for us and we live live locally so had their fitters.
Our new front door is stunning and was an excellent price for what we got.
