Excellent reliable service & superfast delivery

Great service and good price

Item not delivered. On contacting Door Solutions (DS), I was told Fedex returned the item after 'failing to find address' and 'failing to contact recipient' (I would challenge both). DS gave me the option of delivering to a neighbour (same post-code - doh!) or a place of business (I'm retired - doh!). A 'director', listening in to our conversation, advised the person I was speaking with to give a refund (fail/fail situation - doh!). In the end I agreed that DS should request Fedex to deliver to a collection point for me in a nearby town (yeah!). However... I received a text message from DS that they had given me a full refund as the agreed Fedex collection point is 'not a drop off point' - doh! (Maybe disingenuous and worth following up?) Pity a different courier was not an option, even though on the DS website, DS 'ship with DPD' - doh solutions!

My order 6th Feb, has not been dispatched and no communication made by the company to explain why, apologise, or resolve the issue. After waiting some time I phoned and was told someone would find out the problem and get back to me - no-one called back and now I've called and emailed to chase this again. Not an experience to praise so far. Now 28th Feb and still waiting.
