WOULD BE NO STARS IF I HAD THAT OPTION, IF NOT NEGATIVE STARS. I HAVE JUST [FRIDAY EVENING] RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM TELLING ME THAT THEY HAD TRIED TO DELIVER APARCELBUT I WAS 'NOT IN'. I CERTAINLY WAS BUT NO-ONE HAD EITHER RANG MY BELL OR KNOCKED ON MY DOOR. EVRI ARE BY FAR THE WORST COURIERS I KNOW. I'M FUMING, I NEEDED THE CONTENTS OF THAT PARCEL BUT NOW IT WILL PROBABLY BE TUESDAY [MONDAY IS A BANK HOLIDAY] BEFORE I HAVE ANY CHANCE OF GETTING THEM, THAT IS IF SAME PROBLEM DOES NOT RECUR AND THEY DONOT TRY TO DELIVER WHEN I'M REALLY OUT.
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT. CANNOT EITHER TELEPHONE OR EMAIL A HUMAN,JUST A USELESS AUTOMATED SERVICE. I DOUBTIF THIS EVER RECEIVE ANY HUMAN ATTENTION.

Been very happy with Elvri, but then we've had the same delivery driver as when Hermes over the last few years, so still 10/10, 100% and 5*****
Should have remained as Hermes. Since changing to EVRi its all been downhill !!. Twice now my parcels have not been collected. This time around made arrangements for parcel collection to take place on Monday and today, Friday, have had to take it to a Parcel Point collection point. One weeks delay,
disgusting service!!! What make the problem worse is that there is no means to be able to speak to somebody to try to resolve!!! Yes there is an on line telephone number, however, it gets you nowhere especially if you are calling for an update!! Yes, there is also an on line chat session that doesn't allow you to converse with a human, only with a prescripted robot. EVRi have succeeded in rewriting the definition of customer services!!! Useless and will not be using again - stay clear!
I hate evri, when I see parcel is going to be delivered by this useless company, my heart fills with dread, please close business, and spare people you unprofessional incompetent service.
